‘Twilight’ and ‘True Blood’ Nominated For Peoples Choice Awards?

The nominees for Peoples Choice Awards have officially been chosen, and Twilight is one of them.

Announced on Tuesday, Twilight, as well as True Blood were the highest ranked nominees in the pool. What is Twilight up for, you might ask?

Twilight has been selected as a nominee for favorite movie, franchise and on-screen team of actors and their characters.

Over 18 million people voted online for this poll. The movie has gotten so much credit that Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson were also nominated for favorite actress and actor of the bunch. Taylor Lautner is also up for breakout movie actor.

True Blood was nominated for favorite television obsession and sci fi/fantasy television show. Anna Paquin, who plays Sookie Stackhouse, was nominated for TV drama actress.

Queen Latifah is set to host this huge event, which will be broadcasted live at the Nokia Theatre on January 6 of this upcoming year.
