Matt Damon and James Corden recreated several scenes from actor’s greatest movie roles in just five minutes on the “Late Late Show.” Damon had a blast running through the memorable moments from Good Will Hunting, Saving Private Ryan, The Bourne Identity, The Talented Mr. Ripley and many more films. Watch the video below!
The bit, which Corden titled “Role Call,” began with Good Will Hunting and Damon famously asking, “Do you like apples?” Next, Corden and Damon recreated a scene from School Ties, followed in quick succession by Ocean’s Eleven, Ocean’s Twelve, and Ocean’s Thirteen.
After that, Damon and Corden reenacted Rounders and then put on shrimp outfits for Happy Feet Two, for which Damon provided his voice. That was followed by a scene from Saving Private Ryan, which had Corden and Damon laughing.
The talk show host then put on a Morgan Freeman mask, as Damon ran around with a rugby ball for a scene from Invictus. Then, Damon came out in a spacesuit for his upcoming movie, The Martian, but rather than doing a line or two from the film, he just promoted the movie, noting it “opens everywhere.”
The scenes from The Bourne Identity, The Bourne Supremacy, and The Bourne Ultimatum were all the same. Next, Corden and Damon held up stuffed animals for their recreation of We Bought A Zoo.
For Stuck On You, Corden and Damon shared an apron as they flipped hamburgers. They then did scenes from Behind The Candelabra, Contagion, The Informant!, The Adjustment Bureau, True Grit, The Legend Of Bagger Vance, and The Departed. Finally, for The Talented Mr. Ripley, Damon and Corden first recreated the famous scene in which the actor’s Tom Ripley killed Jude Law’s character in a boat, followed by the scene in which they sang “Tu Vuo’ Fa l’Americano” in a nightclub.
Corden previously reenacted iconic moments with Tom Hanks and Arnold Schwarzenegger from their films. Check out the video below of Matt Damon recreating memorable scenes from his movies with James Corden on the “Late Late Show,” and tell us what you think.
