We already told everyone that the trumped up charges on Brad Pitt were not going to stick, and now it has been confirmed by the FBI.

The FBI has now officially closed its investigation of Brad Pitt, stemming from a flight that took place in mid-September between the actor and his oldest child, Maddox. Much like the investigation by the Los Angeles County’s Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS), the FBI has found nothing to warrant more action. An FBI spokesperson said in a statement, “The FBI has conducted a review of the circumstances and will not pursue further investigation. No charges have been filed in this matter.”

This is the same thing that we have been told by several close to Brad, telling us “The complete ordeal is bull shit, there is no way he would lay a hand on any of his children. Though we can confirm that Angelina Jolie and Brad have not been “in love” for years. Brad is a free bird man, and Angelina would like to take their lives a route he was/is not going to be cool with.

Jolie initially filed for divorce and sole physical and legal custody of Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, and twins Knox and Vivienne, but Pitt responded earlier in November, seeking joint custody.

We still don’t know the specifics, of how everything will go down with the children and property. But if this most recent witch hunt is of any indication, it could get pretty damn bad.

Things go from bad to worse for celebrity Rose McGowan, as new hardcore sex tape video footage has been confirmed to have leaked this week.

Rose is best known for playing Paige Matthews in The WB supernatural drama series Charmed from 2001 to 2006, and starred alongside Ben Affleck in the 1997 coming-of-age feature Going All the Way. McGowan also had a very public three and a half year relationship with rock musician Marilyn Manson.

Rose has had an extremely difficult year, as McGowan revealed that she was brutally raped by a very high exec in the biz. Then, earlier this month, she finalized her divorce from artist Davey Detail.

T.I.’s wife Tiny has in fact filed for divorce citing irreconcilable differences after the couple has not been together in “a very long time”.

Sources close to the couple say the last straw for T.I. was when Tiny posed with Floyd Mayweather at Mariah Carey’s Halloween bash. T.I. and Floyd have had major beef for a long time.

Those close to the couple say that: “This has been a long time coming, as the couple has not “been” with each other in forever, they don’t even talk anymore unless it’s an argument”.

There is also talk of infidelity on both sides, that has made the jealousy in the relationship just to much to deal with anymore.

Amber Heard has sent her lawyers back on the attack of Johnny Depp’s estate, after feeling like she was screwed in the original deal.

The original deal had Johnny Depp pay $ 7M in cash to Heard which he did almost immediately, and Amber was satisfied, and signed the paperwork after their 1 year rocky relationship.

Johnny’s lawyer, Laura Wasser, says Amber’s move is “a blatant attempt to extend her fifteen minutes of fame” and “an embarrassing grab for additional and unwarranted attorney’s fees.” Amber is also asking to reopen the $ 7 million settlement.

This is not the first time Amber has been a total nut job, as during the original proceedings, she tried to accuse Johnny of abuse, then refused to go under oath on all of her claims in fear of the court backlash if found un-true.

There is also the rumors of the Amber Heard sex tape videos, that she made with other men she has been with in the past… of course a fact as we all know from the ICloud hack. More importantly, there is the talk that she may try and blackmail Johnny with sexual videos that she claims to have.

Showbiz Spy reached out to our original source when the divorce first went down and he is telling us that “this is yet again nothing more than crazy Amber doing her thing to try and stay in the media and hurt/take advantage of a great big hearted man. As we previously reported, Amber Heard changed her mind and wanted more support $ $ $ $ from Johnny Depp after their brutal public break up and divorce, after thinking about how much the actor was really worth.

However, it seems no one is buying what Heard is trying to sell to the courts anymore.

After only a year of marriage, Amber was asking for basically a life of never having to worry about money again, but the judge in the case was thinking a bit different. Amber wanted more than the $ 7M already paid by Johnny, and now she wanted more and her attorney fee’s paid as well. The judge was not having it and finalized the divorce as is, and claimed that each will pay their own attorney fee’s.

Amber was obviously completely pissed off, and stormed out of her attorney office, looking as though she was going to kill someone. lol

Johnny Depp has released a statement saying: “The entire situation was very unfortunate, but I am glad we have come to the end of the road on this entire ordeal, and now we can both get on with our future. I only wish her (Amber Heard) the best in where life takes her.”

Johnny Depp just gets his divorce finalized, and now has to deal with what is being said his former crooked management company… well known by celebs as “TMG” (The Management Group).

The lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court for over $ 25 million, after Depp realized that TMG including two of the company’s attorneys, took $ 28 million in fees from him, despite having no contract dictating such actions. The firm, which handled accounting, tax, and business matters for the star from 1999 to 2016, also allegedly did not properly file his taxes. He further claims his books were not accurately maintained, and that $ 10 million of his money was loaned to third parties without his approval.

Johnny’s lawyer Matthew Kanny says, “Mr. Depp is one of the most sought after and highly paid actors in the world. He is also the victim of the gross misconduct of his business managers — The Management Group and attorneys Joel and Robert Mandel — who collected tens of millions of dollars of contingent fees, purportedly based on an oral contract, all at Mr. Depp’s expense. TMG treated Mr. Depp’s income as their own, available to either TMG or third parties to draw upon as desired,” asserts Kanny, who further contends, “Adding insult to injury, TMG has now sought to foreclose on Mr. Depp’s primary residence, even though the alleged loan secured by Mr. Depp’s residence was made through TMG’s self-dealing and conflicts of interest, and the purported ‘default’ occurred solely as a result of TMG’s own misconduct.” Continuing… “As a result of years of gross mismanagement and sometimes outright fraud, Mr. Depp lost tens of millions of dollars and has been forced to dispose of significant assets to pay for TMG’s self-dealing and gross misconduct. It was only recently, when Mr. Depp terminated TMG and hired new business management and accounting services, when Mr. Depp learned the gravity of his financial losses and some, but surely not all, of the underlying facts.”

Those close to Ben Affleck are saying that the couples marriage was over years ago, after the couple filed for divorce today together without attorneys present.

As far as the 3 kids go, Ben and Jen are working out a joint custody deal together, as they do not want to negatively effect their children in the matter.

Spousal support will be left up to the judge to decide just how much Ben is going to have to kick in on a monthly basis. Though insiders are claiming Jen is looking at getting a little over $ 100k per month, and Ben is completely on board with that.

The couple got married with no prenup, so either way they will both be fine, as Ben’s net worth is estimated at somewhere around $ 100M and Jen’s is no chicken feed either at around $ 40M.
