Camille Grammer alleges that boyfriend Dimitri Charalambopoulos beat and terrorized her in a Houston hotel room, and has gotten a restraining order against him.

The onetime “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star claims Charalambopoulos got into an argument on October 16 — just two days after she left the hospital following cancer surgery — after he received early morning texts and a phone call from another woman.

Grammer says that Charalambopoulos grabbed her by the hair and yanked her head, pulling out clumps of hair, according to a court document obtained by TMZ.

He allegedly squeezed Grammer’s nose, repeatedly slammed her head and face into furniture, and threatened to “smash [her] head in” over 40 minutes of abuse, during which the reality star says she feared for her life.

Charalambopoulos is said to have smashed Grammer’s iPhone to prevent her from calling for help, and allegedly told her he’d knock her out if she moved from the bed.

A judge has now granted a temporary restraining order to Grammer, ordering Charalambopoulos to stay at least 100 yards from her and her two children.

On Monday, Grammer hinted at the abuse on Twitter, writing, “Info will come out today that is jaw dropping. And women can’t be silenced after being physically abused!”

“Getting my strength back now that I am at home and wasn’t able to deal with talking about it after my cancer surgery or what had happen,” she added.

Gossip Cop has asked for confirmation of details about Grammer’s situation, and will have updates.
