Despite rumors that their separation is just a publicity stunt, Heidi Montag has officially filed for divorce from Spencer Pratt.
Montag filed the papers today in a Santa Monica court house.
The couple, whose relationship was chronicled on “The Hills,” split in May and legally separated the following month.
They wed in Mexico in November 2008 and again in California on April 25, 2009.
Pratt recently said the marriage fell apart because he’s a “famewhore.”
