Janet Jackson Fronted $49K for Michael’s Funeral

According to court documents that were recently unsealed, Janet Jackson – apparently the only Jackson flush with cash — fronted some of her money to cover some of the costs of MJ’s funeral.

In the documents, Janet signed an “initial contract with Forest Lawn for mortuary services in the amount of $103,578.50″ and paid $49,372.50 of the bill up front.

The court docs also indicate that the special administrators of Jackson’s estate will pick up the rest of the tab and repay Janet’s $49K.
