Kate Hudson Gave up Drinking to Lose Weight for Role in Earthbound

Kate Hudson, 30, gave up drinking to shed 20 pounds for her role as a terminally ill woman who falls in love with her doctor in Earthbound.

In an exclusive interview with Elle magazine Hudson said, “I love my glass of wine. I love tequila. To be in New York for two weeks and not have one beverage, I’m not sure I’ve ever done that!”
