That didn’t last long…
As we reported, the Internet went up in arms when Kathy Griffin released her photoshoot with photographer Tyler Shields where she holds up Donald Trump‘s bloody, severed head.

While the funny lady initially defended the project which was “merely mocking the Mocker in Chief,” the My Life On The D-List star later changed her tune and issued a heartfelt apology.
In a video posted to Twitter, Griffin admits to “crossing the line” with the “disturbing” photo, and says she will ask Shields to take down the controversial snap.
