This is too much for us to handle.
We were pleasantly surprised back in October when those rumors that Gilmore Girls was getting a Netflix reboot turned out to be true, but now we’re left sitting here in painstaking anticipation.
While there have been conflicting reports regarding the structure of the WB classic’s new episodes, we are happy to say we now know which of the original cast members are already signed on for the revival!

Obviously, Lauren Graham and Alexis Bledel will be returning to Stars Hollow as Lorelai and Rory Gilmore — there wouldn’t even be a show to reboot without them — but they’ll reportedly be joined by Scott Patterson, Kelly Bishop, Sean Gunn, and Keiko Agena!
Plus, we’re hearing that Amy Sherman-Palladino and David Palladino will both be back on as executive producers and writers with Dorothy Parker Drank Here Productions.

While we’ll have to pour one out for the absences of Melissa McCarthy, Jared Padalecki, Liza Weil, Milo Ventimiglia, and Matt Czuchry, we guess it’s a good thing they’re too busy with their current gigs to take a break.
Are U excited to see Lorelai, Rory, Luke, Emily, Kirk, and Lane back on your television computer screens in late 2016??
P.S. Rest in peace, Edward Herrmann. We’ll miss ya.
