Things haven’t been going smoothly for Halle Berry lately. She’s taken Gabriel Aubry back to court in a bid to lower her child support payments to him. Then she took him to court over straightening and coloring their daughter Nahla’s hair. Even her shopping excursions aren’t relaxing: Halle scratched her Lexus on a yellow pole and then parked in a handicapped spot. Taking a handicapped spot isn’t so cool (people with physical disabilities need those spots), but it sounds like Halle had had ENOUGH. It sounds like she’s had enough in a lot of ways. Unfortunately, I’m not sure things are going to get easier for her. I can’t see a judge agreeing to lower Gabriel’s child support payments. Going to court over Nahla’s hair… well, that’s just putting money in the attorneys’ pockets, ultimately.

At least I’m sure getting the Lexus fixed won’t be a big deal. It’s a nuisance, but not a big deal. Hopefully things will calm down for Halle soon so she can enjoy the holidays!

Here’s ‘Magic Mike’ star Joe Manganiello meeting up with some friends for lunch. The brace for his injured arm doesn’t matter: he still looks HAWT. Who wants to be Sofia Vergara right about now? RELATED: The ‘Magic Mike XXL’ cast charms the ladies of Savannah, GA.

I wonder what he did to his arm, though. The brace looks painful. Hopefully the injury is relatively minor, and he’ll heal quickly. Maybe he injured himself doing some crazy dance move for ‘Magic Mike XXL.’

Okay, now I have to go off and imagine different dance moves that we’ll get to see next summer…

Perhaps being away from the family drama helps. Her father, Michael Lohan, recently secretly wed Kate Major, who’s pregnant with their second child (and just out of prison herself). Her mother, Dina Lohan, raised something of a fuss during her ‘Millionaire Matchmaker’ episode. It was said to be so bad, according to Radar Online, the episode nearly got nixed! It’s good Lindsay’s got some distance from all of that.
