This is so sad.

Toya Wright‘s two brothers Rudy and Josh were reportedly shot to death in New Orleans over the weekend.

According to reports from TMZ and others, New Orleans police found two men suffering multiple gun shot wounds in a car very early Sunday morning.

The police have not yet officially identified Rudy and Josh to the public, but Toya has — and a few hours ago, she posted to Instagram with the picture of them (above) and a message of shock and sadness (below):

“Help me Lord. I will never understand this. #stoptheviolence#ineverfeltpainlikethisbefore#riptomybrothers #icantbelievethis#prayformyfamily”

Ugh.

Other celebs shared their condolences, too — including Toya’s ex, T.I.

He shared the same pic as the Tiny and Toya star, writing:

“RIP bros. For us to really have an argument in the BLM movement WE MUST show that Black Lives Matter to Us!!!!! We All WE GOT!!!! My family’s condolences.”

There are no suspects named in the investigation as of now — cops are obviously working around the clock on it.

So sad. RIP.

Tom Hiddleston’s so-called “embarrassing” romance with Taylor Swift didn’t nix an Armani campaign for him, despite an embarrassingly wrong and sloppy report. Gossip Cop can exclusively correct the misguided claim. We’re told it’s “completely untrue.”

According to a Yahoo report, which actually misspelled Armani’s name in its headline (see below), Hiddleston’s “showmance” with Swift “isn’t having the effect that their PR teams had hoped for,” because the actor is supposedly “losing a huge contract due to the ’embarrassing’ display” he’s been putting on with his girlfriend. The search engine’s entertainment section alleges “fashion giants Armani were considering using Tom as their new face, replacing Taylor’s ex Calvin Harris,” but the Italian design label has reportedly changed its mind “due to his recent publicity-hungry antics” with Swift.

The article claims Armani executives were afraid they would be accused of “cashing in” on the Swift-Hiddleston relationship, which they allegedly want to “disassociate themselves from.” The site then quotes a so-called “source” as saying Hiddleston was “on the shortlist” to be the face of Armani, and with his and Harris’ connection to Swift, the fashion house could have gotten “huge media coverage and headlines, but Armani see themselves as classier than that.” The same specious “source” adds, “Armani would hate to be seen as getting PR for their brand by riding on Taylor Swift’s coat tails, so Tom will not get the job.”

There’s one slight problem with the report: It is entirely inaccurate. The Yahoo story never claims to have reached out to people connected to Armani or Harris insiders, but relies on what alleged sources say about the fashion company and the actor.

Allow Gossip Cop to now do its job. First off, there’s nothing “embarrassing” about Hiddleston’s romance with Swift. Additionally, the site ridiculously calls their relationship a “showmance” and the result of their “PR teams,” even thought those claims are unfounded and were previously debunked. But more importantly, Gossip Cop can exclusively report Hiddleston was never in talks for an Armani campaign, according to a source close to the label. Also, a Hiddleston insider exclusively tells Gossip Cop the site’s story is “completely untrue.” So basically, the only thing that’s “embarrassing” is the Yahoo article.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are NOT “together again,” despite a report from one of the tabloids. Gossip Cop can once again debunk this unfounded claim.

It’s alleged in this week’s Star, “A year after they called it quits, Jennifer Garner is ready to give Ben Affleck another chance.” The accompanying article uses almost the exact same quotes, word-for-word, as this week’s cover story from sister publication OK!. As Gossip Cop reported, that issue similarly wrongly claimed Garner and Affleck were back together.

Both editions, for instance, quote a source as saying Affleck recently “dropped to his knees and promised to do whatever it takes for them to be together again.” The Star version adds, “Amazingly, Jen took him back!” The so-called “insider” goes on to say, “The kids are thrilled, and so is Jen. She really missed Ben. She’s trying not to get too carried away because he’s let her down so many times before, but Jen feels more confident about their marriage than she has in a long time.”

That would be nice… if it were true. But the allegations are a fabrication, just like the OK! story was. As a rock-solid source exclusively told Gossip Cop on Wednesday, Affleck and Garner are “100 percent still separated.”

By the way, it’s worth noting that this piece from Star is also a flip-flop. It was just a month ago that the tabloid said Garner was not speaking to Affleck after his Bill Simmons interview. Now the magazine has claimed that supposed dust-up was actually a “turning point,” but this new article is just as false as the last one.

There are many things to be jealous of when looking at a celebrity. First of all, they’re flawless. Their features are perfection, their teeth are straight as an arrow and dazzling white, their complexion glows with the light of the heavens, and their bodies are the perfect canvas to hang any article of clothing or jewelry on.

It’s simply not fair. While the rich and famous are rich and famous for different reasons, much of it can be attested to the “Maybe she’s born with it” slogan that Maybelline line has engrained upon the brains of the entire world. Even though a celebrity gets a lot of help from doctors and stylists and nutritionists to help them look their best, if they didn’t have the amazing genetics to begin with, they probably wouldn’t be as famous as they are now. It’s just the way it is.

You might not have the genetics of a celebrity, but you sure as heck can have the style. If you want to know the secrets to having style like the rich and famous, here’s what you should be doing:

Wear the Genuine Thing

One factor that makes the celebrities so authentic and chic in their style is the fact that they’re genuine with everything. Why buy Gucci mockups when you can buy the real thing? Why wear pleather when leather is the thing that everybody covets? If you want to present yourself like a Kardashian or Audrey Hepburn, you’ve got to get the real diamonds and they have to be unique and say something. The whole world gets to be run of the mill. Celebrities get to be the cream of the crop. Be genuine and you’ll be up to par with them.

Have the Hanger Body

As sad as it is, the rich and famous get richer and more famous because they know what people want and they give it to them. If you don’t have a body that is essentially a hanger to every kind of clothing you can imagine, you won’t emanate celebrity like the celebrities. If you truly want to showcase the style of a celebrity, get yourself to a point where you look like one and anything you model will look good on you. Maybe it’s an unrealistic standard, but it’s the way the world is.

Wear it With Confidence

It’s no secret that sometimes the celebrities pick outfits that are douseys. Celebs are the poster boards for fashion, but you don’t see them parading around looking uncomfortable in the things they’re sometimes put in to make a statement. The true mark of a stylish celebrity is a celebrity who wears whatever they’re wearing with confidence. If you have that, you’ve got the package.

Miss Independent is still dependent when it comes to remembering her own lyrics!

On Friday, Kelly Clarkson was in the middle of a Facebook Live stream when she started taking song requests from her fans.

But when it came to actually singing her own hits, the performer got tripped up on the lyrics! LOLz!

During some downtime in the studio, Miz Clarkson belted out portions of her successful singles like A Moment Like This, Walk Away, Catch My Breath, Beautiful Disaster, and Cry.

The American Idol alum HIGHlariously found that she had to turn to her producer and pianist for help when she forgot the words, admitting:

“Lyrics aren’t my thing!”

When she blanked on the words, she laughed and exclaimed:

“We wrote a lot of songs. It’s been 15 years! I’m gonna get so much crap for this. This is the worst idea!”

Sorry Donald Trump! This ain’t The Apprentice!

According to Nielsen ratings, more people watched the first three nights of the Democratic National Convention than the Republican National Convention.

This isn’t entirely surprisingly. While the DNC featured A-list stars like Meryl Streep, Katy Perry, Chloe Grace Moretz, and Lenny Kravitz, the RNC featured Scott Baio. Happy Days, anyone?!

When asked about the difference between the two shows, Trump completely distanced himself from the GOP convention.

He told The New York Times:

“I didn’t produce our show — I just showed up for the final speech on Thursday.”

To his credit, Trump’s speech beat Hillary Clinton‘s by a margin of two million viewers.

One thing is for sure. The election in November is going to be nailbiter! It’s anyone’s game!

“Bad blood” aside (get it?), the Olympics never forgot to seek pop stars’ help for a lil’ bit of star power, which, of course, amplified the ‘unity’ element of the games — despite various controversies that plagued its management.

From soaring ballads to guitar-driven confections, here are 5 jams you can file under your “pump-me-up anthems:”

Phillip Phillips – “Home”

Okay, so this song wasn’t officially recorded for the Olympics [in fact, it was Phillips’ winning song on Idol (R.I.P.)], but the track enjoyed success on US charts after its use during the women gymnastics portion of the 2012 US Olympic Trials, then again at the succeeding London Olympics.

“It’s an honor for them to use that song, and I’m so proud of it and how well it has done,” the musician tells the Orlando Sentinel.

While he’s still a one-hit wonder (it’s not too late), at least the 25-year-old got a memorable one in his hands.

Muse – “Survival”

Also used during the London games, this proud track became the official song, and the first anthem (I think) that actually came from an honest-to-goodness indie rock band.

Frontman Matthew Bellamy revealed in an interview with BBC that he was actually approached by the Olympic commission to write a song for them.

“Then when we were asked to play the ending ceremony, the song had developed so we got the Olympic people in to hear it and they said they’d love to use it as the official tune,” he muses (get it, again?).

Taylor Swift – “Change”

Intrigues aside, it’s kinda nostalgic to look back at a younger Taylor who only dreamed of inspiring others through her squeaky-clean music, with only her smart lyricism and trusty guitar as weapons.

Once upon a time, though most might have forgotten, she wrote this hidden jewel about the rise of her record label, which came out as something much more: as one of the official songs of the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympics.

Bet Swift doesn’t even remember how much of an “underdog” hero she was, Hiddleston and all.

Whitney Houston – “One Moment in Time”

It would be a mortal sin not to include this karaoke staple in the list, just because Whitney was the original bada$ $ ballad queen and everyone envied her incredible pipes. Both Seoul-held Summer Olympics and Paralympics (way back on 1988) had this one blasting on their arena speakers, while enlisting radio stations worldwide to get their listeners into the Olympic spirit.

Come to think of it, this is still the anthem to beat!

Katy Perry – “Rise”

If the mortal enemy is here, then Katy should be able to eat her cake too. This Sia-esque track, announced as the anthem of the upcoming 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio, vigorously accomplishes the task assigned: defiant lyrics of victory and ‘rising’ above opponents over a powerful synth-laden instrumentation [when is that next album coming out anyway?!].

Perry says that it’s “a song that’s brewing inside me for years, that has finally come to the surface,” which sounds like a stab on someone else on this list — and is perfectly understandable and expected from her. Another brilliant work of mass-produced art, though, this one.

This is going to be crazy!!

Luke Aikins is a skydiver who has made more than 18,000 jumps in his life, but it’s his next jump — tomorrow night — that could change his life for the better… or the worse.

The skydiver has partnered with FOX to broadcast a live showing of one of his dives on Saturday night in a special called Heaven Sent — and there’s a kicker to why this jump is being filmed: Aikins is doing it without a parachute!

Wait… what?!

That’s right! No parachute, no wing suit, nothing but the clothes on his back as he jumps out of a plane 25,000 feet above the ground on live TV!!!

Aikins is hoping to become the first skydiver to ever land safely and parachute-free in a net!!!

He’s been planning for this thing and training on practice runs for more than two years — and tomorrow night, it’ll all happen!

Is this adventurous, or knowing the risks of sky diving, just plain foolish?! Regardless, it’s certainly unreal!!

Montel Williams was wrongly detained in Germany for pot possession. The former talk show host was temporarily held at the Frankfurt Airport by custom agents.

Williams, of course, suffers from multiple sclerosis, and carries marijuana on him for medical treatments. In this case, the weed was found in his carry-on luggage. Since possession is a criminal offense in the German city, Williams was prohibited from leaving the airport and forced to undergo questioning.

He explained, however, that the pot was medicinal, which makes the possession legal, even in Germany. Williams was allowed to call his camp back in the U.S., who sent over proof of his prescription. After the documentary evidence was obtained, Williams was released from custody. Gossip Cop is told by Williams’ rep that he has “no qualms with how the Germans handled” the issue, noting they in fact, “handled it beautifully,” particularly when they realized he has a “serious illness.”

His spokesperson also says in a statement, “This morning while traveling through the Frankfurt Airport, Montel was briefly held in German customs while they verified the validity of one of his MS prescriptions. Once it was verified, he was promptly released. The process took less than an hour, and we’d like to thank German officials for their professionalism. He was neither arrested nor cited.”

But the situation illustrates an ongoing problem. Williams’ rep says, “Unfortunately this is the reality faced by medical marijuana patients every day all over the world. Today, Montel reaffirms his commitment to fighting for sensible medical marijuana policies across the world and to fighting the stigma he and so many other seriously ill Americans face every day for simply following the advice of their doctor — in Montel’s case a world class multiple sclerosis specialist.”

“Montel’s commitment to the fight for common sense marijuana reform has never been stronger,” adds the spokesperson. Williams himself has not yet publicly commented on the debacle.

A mother’s love knows no bounds…

On Thursday, at the 2016 Democratic National Convention, Chelsea Clinton paid tribute to the most important woman in her life: her mother and Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton.

Before introducing her “hero” to the stage, the 36-year-old told the packed audience what it was like having Hillary as her mom. Not surprisingly, she was kind, loving, and strong; the same qualities needed in a President.

Chelsea echoed her mother’s sentiments that “women’s rights are human rights” and that “LGBT rights are human rights” as well.

We feel so honored to be a part of such a historic night.
