Angelina Jolie Crushing On Richard Madden?

Angelina Jolie Richard Madden

(Getty Images)

A tabloid claims Angelina Jolie is crushing on Richard Madden, who’s in talks to co-star with the actress in the upcoming Marvel movie The Eternals. Gossip Cop can debunk the phony story. It’s completely made-up.

Earlier this month, it was announced that the “Game of Thrones” and “Bodyguard” star is in negotiations to join Jolie in the comic book movie, which centers on a race of immortal beings with superpowers. According to OK! Australia, the actor nabbed a role in the film thanks to “the great chemistry he has with Angelina.”

googletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display(‘div-gpt-ad-1526939461036-0’); });

A supposed source tells the magazine, “It’s early days, but Richard is definitely someone Angelina has her eye on. She thinks he’s incredibly handsome and talented, and she’s excited to see where their friendship goes next.” The alleged insider goes on to say that the actress “has a habit for falling for her co-stars,” so she’s excited about the prospect of getting close to Madden on set.

The unreliable outlet is simply attempting to create a love connection between the pair because they’ll be working together. As Gossip Cop has stressed, Jolie has been entirely focused on work and her kids amid her divorce from Brad Pitt. People magazine, a much more reliable source for celebrity news than OK!, reported just last month that both Jolie and Pitt “are focused on what’s best for the kids” and aren’t concerned with dating at this time.

Still, Gossip Cop checked in with an individual in Jolie’s camp, who tells us the tabloid’s report is complete fiction. The actress isn’t crushing on Madden, nor does she plan on pursuing a romance with her co-star on the set of their film. The idea that she’s excited about working on The Eternals because she plans to woo her co-star is baseless.

Last month, the American edition of OK! published a bogus cover story about Jolie dating Colin Farrell. The actress obviously isn’t in a romance with the actor. This also wouldn’t be the first time we’ve had to debunk an article about the Maleficent star planning to pursue one of her future co-stars.

Earlier this month, we called out OK!’s sister outlet, the Globe, for making up a story about Jolie planning to steal Nicholas Hoult from his model girlfriend Bryana Holly. That story was only concocted because the actress is co-starring with Hoult in the upcoming wilderness thriller Those Who Wish Me Dead. Jolie has no intention of dating every man who she spends time with on a movie set, despite the gossip media trying to spread this fake narrative.

Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox And Lisa Kudrow Pitching ‘Friends’ Movie?

Did Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, and Lisa Kudrow recently meet to discuss doing a “Friends” movie or special? That’s what one of this week’s celebrity magazines claims. Gossip Cop, however, can correct this false report.

According to the latest issue of Life & Style, Cox pitched her former co-stars about doing a movie version of the NBC sitcom. The tabloid relates she did “her best to convince the cast of ‘Friends’ to film a special nearly 15 years after the hit series went off the air.” More specifically, the publication alleges Cox was “recently overheard” having a “brainstorming” session with Aniston and Kudrow at the L.A. restaurant Craig’s to come up with possible plots for the reunion film.

googletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display(‘div-gpt-ad-1526939461036-0’); });

And to make the story sound more believable, the outlet asserts an “insider” shares, “They want to do a movie, like Sex and The City did.” The seemingly fabricated tipster adds, “Unlike a TV reboot, [a film] would allow everyone to work on other projects.” It’s noted Matthew Perry, David Schwimmer, and Matt LeBlanc are “on the fence” because “they’re worried it could ruin the essence of the original.”

Of course, it’s been previously reported there will not be a “Friends” reboot or reunion, and Gossip Cop can similarly confirm there won’t be a “Friends” movie either. Curiously, even though the magazine says Kudrow, Aniston and Cox were “brainstorming” ideas, the publication neglects to mention a single plot proposed for the supposed “Friends” film. Also glaringly omitted is when this alleged get-together at Craig’s took place. The last time the three women went to that restaurant together was actually in July 2014. Additionally, Gossip Cop checked in with sources close to the stars, and we were repeatedly assured the tabloid’s tale is totally made-up.

Missing also from the article is how Cox and Aniston reconciled so that the purported dinner at Craig’s could even come about. You see, just a few months ago, Gossip Cop exposed the same outlet when it inaccurately insisted Aniston and Cox had a falling out over Justin Theroux. The magazine maintained Aniston “couldn’t trust” Cox anymore because she was still talking to Theroux after they had split up. That was a lie, as well, since just around the time that story was printed, Cox came out to support Aniston at the premiere of her Netflix movie Dumplin’.

Frankly, the current story felt like deja vu, so Gossip Cop looked back at its archives, and apparently we’ve been debunking phony reports about a proposed “Friends” movie or reunion for nearly a decade now. For example, in June 2010 we shot down Life & Style’s sister publication, the National Enquirer, when it wrongly contended Aniston and Cox were writing the script for a “Friends” movie. Clearly, that hasn’t happened in the past 9 years.

We also caught Life & Style when it tried this bogus narrative in 2016. Back then, the tabloid published a cover story about how there was going to be a special “Friends” reunion TV-movie, and that “huge salaries” were being handed out to” make it a reality” since some of the stars were reluctant. At the time, however, reps for Perry, Aniston, Schwimmer, Kudrow, and LeBlanc went on the record with Gossip Cop to call the article an entire fabrication.

More recently, Gossip Cop busted an article from NW, which claimed Aniston and Cox were rejecting Kudrow’s wish for a “Friends” reunion. Actually, in 2017 Kudrow told the “Today” show a “Friends” reunion wouldn’t work because they’re now too old. Regardless of the different variations of who’s pitching (or rejecting) a “Friends” reunion or movie, it would still need the approval of the show’s creators, and they’ve been pretty vocal about not wanting to do anything like this.

Last year, David Crane said pointblank a “Friends” reunion is “never happening.” And just a couple of months ago, his co-creator Marta Kauffman rightly explained the reasons for not reviving “Friends,” include how the sitcom was about “a time in your life when your friends are your family [and] it’s not that time anymore” for those characters. Much like past tales about a “Friends” reunion or movie being pitched, the latest one is also 100 percent untrue.

Daniel Craig Kept On ‘Tight Leash’ By Wife Rachel Weisz?

Rachel Weisz Daniel Craig

(Getty Images)

Is Daniel Craig being kept on a “tight leash” by his wife Rachel Weisz? That’s the premise behind a new tabloid report. Gossip Cop looked into the claim and can exclusively correct it. We’re told it’s untrue.

According to Star, Weisz has a lot of “rules,” and “even James Bond has a woman he answers to.” The magazine contends “married life is smooth sailing” for Craig because the actress has him “on a tight leash when they’re apart.” To back up its tale, the publication alleges it has an “insider” who shares, “Rachel made it expressly clear what she expects… Daniel is under orders to check in with Rachel as soon as he wakes up and the moment before he goes to sleep, without exception.”

googletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display(‘div-gpt-ad-1526939461036-0’); });

The outlet maintains Craig isn’t bothered by Weisz demanding he give her daily updates. In fact, the publication asserts he actually “prefers it.” “Daniel says having a strong woman around has made him a better man,” claims the so-called source, before adding, “She even wears the pants when he’s at home… but that’s a big reason why they work.”

It’s interesting the tabloid says “married life is smooth sailing” for the James Bond star because just a couple of years ago, the very same publication had yet another unnamed “insider” quoted as saying Craig and Weisz’s marriage was in trouble and “in a really bad place.” Of course, that previously debunked article, much like the current one, was based entirely on claims made by an unnamed, untraceable and possibly fictitious source. Conversely, Craig’s own rep exclusively tells Gossip Cop the magazine’s new story is untrue. The movie star is not kept on a “tight leash” by Weisz.

Star has a track record for coming up with bizarre and provably false narratives about the 007 actor. Just a couple of months ago, Gossip Cop busted the magazine for concocting a phony tale about Craig racing all over Beverly Hills to find Weisz a particular acne cream. In addition to Craig working on a movie in Norway at the time the outlet alleged he was running around Beverly Hills looking for zit cream, his spokesperson also assured us then the story was “rubbish.”

And shortly before that, Gossip Cop exposed the outlet for inaccurately insisting Craig’s diet for the next James Bond film was driving Weisz crazy. That time, too, was a fabrication. Perhaps the tabloid would be wrong far less often if it kept its sources and writers on a somewhat tighter leash.

Keanu Reeves, Halle Berry In “Hot Romance”?

Keanu Reeves Halle Berry

(Getty Images)

Are Keanu Reeves and Halle Berry in a hot romance? That was the claim in one of the celebrity magazines a year ago today. Now that a full 365 days have passed, there’s no question the report was untrue. More than it just being about a tabloid getting a story wrong, it brings up the importance of reliability and accountability.

On May 30, 2018, Life & Style published an article that insisted Reeves and Berry were in a “hot new romance.” In an effort not to get caught right away for fibbing, the outlet alleged the John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum co-stars wouldn’t declare their love for one another until after the film finished shooting. It even had a so-called “insider” quoted as saying they were keeping their relationship “on the down low” until then.

googletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display(‘div-gpt-ad-1526939461036-0’); });

The publication’s supposed source further shared how Reeves was “Halle’s type,” and there was “no hiding their attraction.” Of course, the movie has since been released, and it’s abundantly clear that Berry and Reeves, who have widely promoted the movie, are not dating, as asserted a year ago. At the time, Gossip Cop was assured by a confidant in Berry’s camp that the actress and Reeves were 100 percent not involved. Now, 12 months later, there’s no question the tabloid’s tale was completely false.

But this is not about patting Gossip Cop on the back. This is about how magazines routinely make incorrect claims and are rarely held accountable for their errors. The tabloid never issued a retraction or acknowledged it was wrong. It simply went on, churning out more phony articles.

Another byproduct is that equally untrustworthy outlets picked up the bogus narrative about Berry and Reeve dating without bothering to fact-check it. For instance, Gossip Cop had to bust Woman’s Day when it put its own spin on it for a piece about how Reeves was no longer “morose” after being in a romance with Berry. Then, six months after the dating tale was first floated, the magazine’s sister publication OK! added a new angle, insisting the actress had been in love “for years” with her co-star, but only after production wrapped did Reeves and Berry take their romance “to the next level.”

One would think that would be it, but yet another sister publication, the National Enquirer, maintained Daniel Craig and Rachel Weisz were playing cupid for Berry and Reeves, who worked with the married stars on other films. However, even Craig’s rep said there was no validity to the story. The truth, which Gossip Cop reported from Day One last May, is that Berry and Reeves never dated or were in a relationship other than a professional one.

While Gossip Cop only listed a few examples of this fictitious premise, there were literally thousands of more inaccurate stories, all based on the original Life & Style lie. As noted above, a year has gone by and the tabloid has taken no responsibility for putting out into the universe a make-believe claim. It’s for that reason we revisit articles and hold outlets accountable. Moving forward, the next time that magazine writes about either Berry or Reeves, one should approach its reporting with a healthy dose of skepticism.

Kendall Jenner ‘Killed’ Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show?

Kendall Jenner Victorias Secret Fashion Show

(Getty Images)

Kendall Jenner is to blame for the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show no longer being televised, claims one of the tabloids. According to the magazine, the model “killed” the annual event. Gossip Cop, however, can exclusively debunk the bogus story.

Earlier this month, it was announced the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show will no longer air on television after a nearly two-decade tradition. Now the National Enquirer contends Jenner is somehow responsible for the show being pulled from the airways. A supposed source tells the outlet that execs for the fashion brand are “devastated” that working with the highest-paid model in the world “didn’t save the day.”

googletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display(‘div-gpt-ad-1526939461036-0’); });

The alleged insider continues, “Victoria’s Secret has made stars out of lots of models. But now, the company has decided to end the show, and fingers are being pointed towards Kendall.” The seemingly phony tipster adds, “It is not just her, but everything she represents. There was a time when the world’s biggest models walked in the Victoria’s Secret show. Now you have reality stars!”

The tabloid’s story doesn’t even make much sense. After initially claiming that execs brought in Jenner to “save the day,” the outlet then changes course and asserts they believe she ruined the prestige of the show by being a “reality star.” In the world of that magazine, Victoria’s Secret was desperate for Jenner to save their show, but the company also believes that as a reality star she sullied their brand. The premise is fairly convoluted.

Regardless, the publication’s narrative is entirely false. Earlier this month, the New York Times published an article detailing why the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show will no longer be televised. The chief executive of the fashion brand’s parent company, L Brands, said the company had been “taking a fresh look at every aspect of our business” in the past few months, and felt the brand “must evolve and change to grow.”

The chief executive continued, “We have decided to re-think the traditional Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. Going forward we don’t believe network television is the right fit.” The exec further noted the company would launch “a new kind of event” on different platforms in the future. No additional details were provided, but this presumably means the fashion show could start airing online or on streaming services.

Meanwhile, Gossip Cop ran the Enquirer’s story by Jenner’s spokesperson, who called it “absurd” and assured us the decision to take the fashion show off network TV had “nothing to do with Kendall.” It’s worth noting this isn’t the first time we’ve had to bust the publication for making up a story surrounding the model’s involvement in the event.

Back in 2016, Gossip Cop called out the magazine for falsely claiming Jenner acted “like a diva” at the Victoria’s Secret fashion show. Prior to that, we debunked a story from the tabloid’s sister outlet, In Touch, which alleged Jenner was “snubbed” by the other models at the fashion show. This latest report about Victoria’s Secret and Jenner is similarly untrue.

Ryan Gosling, Eva Mendes Having Twins?

Ryan Gosling Eva Mendes Twins Pregnant

(Life and Style)

Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes are not having twins, despite a false tabloid report. Gossip Cop can correct the story. We’ve learned the actress simply isn’t pregnant.

According to Life & Style, however, the parents of two young girls are about to add another two children to their brood. A so-called “friend” of the couple tells the magazine, “They’ve both talked about wanting a couple more kids and have been dropping hints that she’s already expecting. Eva even recently let slip that they’re hoping for boys, plural, this next time around.”

googletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display(‘div-gpt-ad-1526939461036-0’); });

The alleged insider adds, “Ryan loves his girls like crazy, but he’s talked about how he would also love for them to have a little brother, or two.” From there, the questionable tipster maintains that the couple of eight years will finally be getting married this summer. “I heard he proposed at their home in LA,” says the suspicious source. “The girls were asleep, he and Eva were relaxing in the living room, taking in the view, music was playing, candles were lit and he got down on one knee and asked her to marry him.”

The questionable insider goes on to say that Gosling and Mendes are now planning on leaving Hollywood behind and “moving up north, to Oregon, maybe.” The seemingly phony source concludes, “They want their kids to have a childhood away from the bright lights of LA, and to go to public schools and just be normal.”

The tabloid hides behind an anonymous and untraceable “source” to back up its story, but Gossip Cop reached out to Mendes’ spokesperson, who tells us on the record it’s all untrue. Despite what the magazine’s purported “insider” claims, a rep qualified to speak on the actress’s behalf confirms she’s not pregnant with twins or getting married this summer.

It must be mentioned, Gossip Cop busted Life & Style’s sister outlet, OK!, for wrongly reporting last year that Gosling and Mendes were expecting twins. In that version of the story, the couple was expecting a boy and a girl. This latest article has changed the genders to two boys, but it’s no more accurate.

This past February, Gossip Cop called out Life & Style’s other sister publication, Star, for publishing a bogus cover story announcing that Gosling and Mendes had “split.” And back in 2017, we debunked a National Enquirer story about Gosling “dumping” Mendes. The gossip media clearly has zero insight into the private couple’s relationship, so it comes up with fake narratives about them instead.

Chris Hemsworth’s Wife Elsa Pataky Upset About His Run-In With Ex-Girlfriend Isabel Lucas?

Chris Hemsworth Elsa Pataky Isabel Lucas

(Getty Images)

Chris Hemsworth’s wife, Elsa Pataky, is not upset about his recent run-in with ex-girlfriend Isabel Lucas, despite a made-up tabloid report. Gossip Cop can debunk the supposed drama. There’s simply no truth to it.

Hemsworth and Lucas, who dated from 2005 to 2008 while co-starring on the Australian TV series “Home and Away,” were photographed having a friendly chat after bumping into each other at a cafe in Byron Bay, Australia last week. According to NW, the movie star’s wife wasn’t happy about the interaction. “It’s only natural that Elsa might get jealous from time to time,” says the magazine’s alleged source, adding that Pataky was “furious” over her husband’s so-called “flirty display” with his ex.

googletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display(‘div-gpt-ad-1526939461036-0’); });

In reality, Hemsworth simply ran into his ex-girlfriend and stopped to chat with her for a few minutes. The actor, who was accompanied by his brother Liam at the time, didn’t do anything remotely “flirty” during the interaction. Although Hemsworth engaged Lucas in conversation, photos of the interaction show him standing several feet away and crossing his arms at times. The idea that Pataky would be upset about her husband having a harmless and friendly chat with an ex simply isn’t true.

Gossip Cop checked in with a source close to the situation, who wasn’t able to speak on the record, but assures us the tabloid’s story is nonsense. NW is simply trying to stir up nonexistent controversy. Unfortunately, this wouldn’t be the first time we’ve had to call out the magazine for publishing lies about the happy couple’s marriage.

Last month, Gossip Cop busted the outlet for falsely claiming Pataky was jealous of Hemsworth’s friendship with Avengers: Endgame co-star Brie Larson and feared the actress was going to steal him. There was never a love triangle between the actor, his wife and his Marvel co-star.

Last year, Gossip Cop debunked the publication’s phony report about Hemsworth and Pataky having marriage problems. The unreliable outlet maintained that the actor didn’t invite his wife to the premiere of 2018’s Avengers: Infinity War because their relationship was in trouble. In reality, the actress was home in Australia working on her TV series “Tideland” and looking after the couple’s kids.

Also last year, the tabloid attempted to create a love affair between Hemsworth and Angelina Jolie simply because the two sat at the same table at the Golden Globes. Pataky herself later poked fun at the seating arrangement in an Instagram post. This latest article involving Lucas is more fiction from the untrustworthy magazine.

Sandra Bullock, Keanu Reeves In Love?

Sandra Bullock Keanu Reeves

(Getty Images)

Sandra Bullock and Keanu Reeves are not in love, despite a new report. Gossip Cop can debunk this inaccurate claim. While the two have said in recent interviews they had crushes on one another more than 25 years ago while shooting the movie Speed, there is nothing, nor will there be anything romantic, going on between Reeves and Bullock, who is in a committed relationship with photographer Bryan Randall.

According to the latest issue of Woman’s Day, after the revelation that Bullock harbored secret feelings for him, Reeves is now “sussing out” whether he and his former co-star can now “truly make a go for it.” The magazine recounts how during a December 2018 appearance on the “Ellen DeGeneres Show,” Bullock admitted she secretly liked Reeves while making the film because he was “handsome” and sweet.” It then relates that earlier this month, during an interview on the “Ellen DeGeneres Show,” Reeves talked about his mutual crush on Bullock, telling the talk show host, “She obviously didn’t know I had a crush on her either.” “It was nice to go to work,” recalled Reeves, before adding how Bullock’s a “wonderful person and a wonderful actress.”

googletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display(‘div-gpt-ad-1526939461036-0’); });

From there, the frequently disproven magazine quotes what it terms as an “insider” as saying, “It’s clear those feelings haven’t gone away and goes to show what an amazing bond they had.” The supposed source continues, “When Sandra heard what Keanu had said there was an undeniable knot of excitement in her tummy.” “She’s not really sure how to feel but Keanu is definitely sussing out whether he’s missed the boat on this romance or whether they can truly make a go of it.”

A few things bear mentioning, including how the publication’s alleged “insider” actually has no proof whatsoever that it’s “clear those feeling haven’t gone away” between Reeves and Bullock. Arguably, those crushes definitely faded away since she married another man, Jesse James. And after divorcing him, the actress has been happily involved with Randall for more than three years.

Significantly, the tabloid cherrypicked quotes from both their appearances on “Ellen.” The outlet seemingly omitted on purpose that Bullock was making a point about how she and Reeves are better as platonic pals than lovers. “I think we’re probably friends for that long because we didn’t [date],” she told DeGeneres. And for his part, Reeves politely noted his feelings for Bullock were not that strong since he acknowledged, when pressed by DeGeneres, that he’s had no problem at other times having romances with his co-stars.

The tabloids have been manufacturing article linking the former co-stars ever since Reeves and Bullock stopped by “Ellen.” In January, for instance, Gossip Cop busted a story that falsely maintained Bullock was torn between Reeves and her boyfriend. At the time, Reeves and Bullock’s mutual rep said on the record there was no love triangle of any sort. And there still isn’t one now, Gossip Cop can confirm.

George Clooney “Wasting Away”?

George Clooney Weight

(Getty Images)

George Clooney is not “wasting away,” despite a new report. Gossip Cop can debunk this false claim about him losing a lot of weight and “starting to look sick.” Many of the article’s contentions are provably wrong.

According to Woman’s Day, Clooney is “wasting away” and “looking more than svelte,” thanks to “health trick” he learned from his wife, Amal Clooney. A so-called “insider” is quoted as saying, “She’s got him on a major diet after he packed on the pounds earlier this year.” The supposed source goes on to assert Clooney’s clothes are “falling off him because they’re too big.”

googletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display(‘div-gpt-ad-1526939461036-0’); });

The tabloid then notes that Amal has talked in the past about making “better food choices” for her and her husband, and that “George struggled [with] giving up wine as part of a healthy-eating cleanse.” Next, the alleged tipster states how George lost about 20 pounds. “Amal has been banning carbs and sugar,” insists the “insider,” who adds, “She needs to loosen the reins a little because he’s starting to look sick.”

The article is untrue on several levels. For instance, when the magazine brings up how Amal discussed dieting last year, the impression it gives while recounting how “George struggled” with the “healthy-eating cleanse” is that it was successful. However, in the original Vanity Fair interview titled, “The One Thing George and Amal Clooney Can’t Do,” it’s acknowledged how “Clooney hasn’t been able to conquer… cleansing.” The human rights attorney admitted they quit a 21-day cleanse after just 11 days. “It was hard to give up the glass of wine in the evening,” confessed Amal.

And far from banning sugar and carbs, just a week and a half ago Amal and George Clooney celebrated the Italian premiere of “Catch-22” with pasta. In fact, the New York Post reported that following a screening of the Hulu series, the Clooneys “particularly enjoyed” the spaghetti and a “taste of the tiramisu,” a dessert that’s traditionally made with lady fingers, heavy cream, sugar, rum, coffee and a lot of mascarpone cheese, among other ingredients.

Additionally, the Oscar-winner looks no different now (above) than George did a year ago May at the Met Gala in New York. Still, Gossip Cop checked with a source connected to the actor, and we’re assured there is no validity at all to the claim he’s “wasting away.” Of course, this entire phony premise is coming from Woman’s Day, an outlet that has repeatedly printed inaccurate stories about the Clooneys.

A little more than two weeks ago, for example, the same magazine swore up and down Amal and George Clooney were on the “brink of divorce,” a pretty significant detail to leave out of the current article. Granted that was a lie, as was a tale Gossip Cop busted about George begging Amal Clooney for more babies. The two have publicly discussed not having more kids.

The tabloid also published a work of fiction last year that maintained George Clooney rented a private island out for Amal’s 40th birthday. At the time, his rep confirmed it “never happened.” Much like those bogus stories, the latest one about George “wasting away” is also a waste of time reading.

Leonardo DiCaprio Jealous Of Brad Pitt, Margot Robbie Hitting It Off?

Leonardo DiCaprio Jealous Brad Pitt Margot Robbie

(Getty Images)

A tabloid claims Leonardo DiCaprio is jealous of Once Upon a Time in Hollywood co-stars Brad Pitt and Margot Robbie hitting it off. The story is completely made-up. Gossip Cop can debunk it.

According to Woman’s Day Australia, Pitt and Robbie had an “on-set flirt fest” while shooting their upcoming movie, and their other co-star is feeling left out. The magazine claims that Pitt is “captivated” by Robbie, despite her being married to producer Tom Ackerley for two years. “It’s an open secret Brad finds her spellbindingly beautiful,” a supposed source tells the magazine.

googletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display(‘div-gpt-ad-1526939461036-0’); });

The alleged insider adds, “It’s just a bit of playful fun, because he knows Margot would never cheat on her husband. But whenever they’re together Brad simply can’t help himself. He has told her straight that if she wasn’t taken, he’d be begging her for a date!” The questionable tipster goes on to say that Pitt “was following her around like a puppy” last week at the premiere of their film at the Cannes Film Festival, “and she seemed extremely flattered by the attention.”

The seemingly phony source further contends that DiCaprio is unimpressed “by their connection,” adding, “It was like he and Brad were in this friendly tussle to get most of Margot’s attention.” The so-called “insider” adds that DiCaprio, who previously co-starred with Robbie in 2013’s The Wolf of Wall Street, is “a bit miffed that Brad and Margot have hit it off because he always thought of her as his muse.”

The tabloid is attempting to create some sort of nonexistent love triangle between a married woman and two of her co-stars, but there’s simply no truth to the premise. For starters, Robbie said in an interview with Porter magazine last year that she was “barely on set” with Pitt and DiCaprio as the three don’t share many scenes together in the film. The idea the actress had an “on-set flirt fest” with Pitt simply isn’t accurate. Meanwhile, a spokesperson for the Fight Club star has already told us on the record several times that there’s nothing flirtatious about his dynamic with Robbie.

Unfortunately, Woman’s Day has been coming up with various angles to create controversy around the Once Upon a Time in Hollywood stars. Gossip Cop previously busted the tabloid for falsely claiming DiCaprio “had his eye on” Robbie during filming and her husband was worried about the actor trying to steal her. Shortly after that, we called out the outlet for wrongly alleging Pitt was ready to move on from Angelina Jolie with his female co-star.

The tabloid is once again trying to stir up drama simply because the three stars have been in the news as a result of their film’s premiere at Cannes. DiCaprio isn’t jealous of Pitt and Robbie’s so-called “connection.” The outlet’s account of the situation is pure fiction.
