Assuredly, there is a memory almost everyone can return to that involves a motor vehicle crash. Either we misjudged a curve, didn’t pay attention to how fast we were travelling, or neglected to maintain our car. Then, there are those times when poor decisions make the spot light. Some of us still think it’s ok to drive while intoxicated.

Some don’t relish a nap in their vehicle so they chance driving sleepy and others purposely test the limits of their car with burnouts, drag racing, and deathly speeds. With that said, celebrities are not immune to the effects of these chance happenings and bad choices. Here are few that could write a book on the matter.

Keith Moon

As the drummer for one of the most famous bands of the 70’s, The Who, Keith Moon was credited with some of the best and worst achievements of all time. He was known as the third best drummer in the world and also placed 11th as one of the Druggiest Rock Stars of All Time.

Born in London, England, he was credited with tiles such as The Kids Are Alright and Monterey Pop. However, in 1970, while heavily intoxicated, Keith managed to kill his bodyguard after failing to notice the man was caught under his vehicle. He was subsequently dragged down the road to his death.

Halle Berry

Born in Cleveland, Ohio on August 14, 1966, Berry was a fiery addition to her family. One that would soon grow into one of the greatest American actresses of all time. Best known for her additions to the Marvel world, her character, Storm, has graced the screen in X-Men: The Last Stand, X-Men 2, and X-Men: Days of Future Past. She is also well known for her contribution to the movie Cloud Atlas.

Be that as it may, in 2000, Halle was fined for leaving the scene of an accident. It was reported that in the process of running a red light, she demolished an oncoming car. Her reason for leaving? Well, she simply didn’t remember due to the head injuries she incurred from the accident. Understandably, the insurance bills accrued were added, as well, and this mistake turned out to be a costly one in more than one way.

Dennis Rodman

Rodman is one of the most interesting contributions made by Trenton, New Jersey to the world of basketball. He has done everything from dunking on the best in the business to gracing the silver screen. Credited with being one of the weirdest and most outspoken celebrities to date, Rodman is continuing to entertain as he now travels through his mid 50’s.

Be that as it may, even the agility of the most athletic among us can’t prevent the surprises of life. In 2010, Rodman experienced one such surprise as his tire unexpectedly blew out and caused his vehicle to flip three times. It was the grace of God that he walked away, and he did so with only minor injuries.

Car accidents aren’t for a selected few in the world. Next time you get behind the wheel of a car, remember even Storm can’t prevent those clouds of danger.

Christian Bale has not been offered $ 100 million to play Batman again, contrary to a tabloid report. Gossip Cop can exclusively correct this claim. We’re told it’s “categorically false.”

According to OK!, Warner Bros. is wooing Christian Bale to return in the iconic role and dangling a huge carrot: $ 100 million.” The tabloid alleges that after Ben Affleck “received mixed reviews” for his portrayal of the Caped Crusader, the film studio went back to Bale, who played Batman in three films. A so-called “insider” tells the outlet, Christian was approached about playing Batman again a few years ago, but he turned it down.”

The supposed “insider” continues, “Now they’re making it virtually impossible for him to say no. A lot of names have been thrown around, but nobody else has been offered this kind of cash.” The publication ends its article by suggesting that Bale, who once said he was disappointed with his portrayal of Batman, should “take the money and run.”

This $ 100 million offer to the actor, of course, is big news. It’s even bigger news to Warner Bros. A spokesman for the movie studio exclusively tells Gossip Cop the magazine’s entire story is “categorically false.”

This is actually the second inaccurate story about Bale that the tabloid has published in the past few months. In late September, Gossip Cop corrected the outlet when it wrongly maintained that Bale was “miserable” after gaining a load of weight for his role as Dick Cheney in the upcoming film Backseat. The magazine claimed that, while promoting another movie of his at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), Bale was “crabby” and nearly walked out of the photo call for Hostile.

But Gossip Cop was told by a source at TIFF that it “never happened.” We were also assured that Bale’s weight gain didn’t make him moody. Based on that story and it’s latest off-base tale about Bale being wooed with $ 100 million to play Batman again, it’s clear OK!’s sources are not okay.

Call Armie Hammer by his name… but not by his Twitter handle!

As we reported, after Buzzfeed published an article called “Ten Long Years Of Trying To Make Armie Hammer Happen,” the CMBYN star deleted his account after calling the piece “bitter AF.”

On Tuesday, at TheWrap‘s Screening Series at the Landmark Theatre in Los Angeles, the 31-year-old explained why he said sayonara to the social media platform.

He dished:

“I just have no impulse control. So if somebody says something stupid, I couldn’t help but say something back, and then it just exploded. This is a toxic environment, and my life is way better off. It’s so funny… People are so addicted and into Twitter, it seems crazy that someone could walk away from it! They’re like, wait, he DELETED IT? It was actually really easy.”

Harry Styles performed “Only Angel” and “Kiwi” for the 2017 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, which was broadcast on CBS on Tuesday. Check out the video below!

As Gossip Cop has reported, the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show is held annually to promote Victoria’s Secret lingerie and sleepwear. The event dates back to the mid-1990s and seems to get bigger every year, even as the outfits remain skimpy. The lineup of Angels, as the models are called, varies year to year, as does the location of the runway show and the entertainers selected to perform as the women strut their stuff.

This time around, the fashion show took place in Shanghai with Styles, Miguel, Leslie Odom Jr., and Chinese singer-songwriter Jane Zhang. The taping was held in China just over a week ago, with the airing now combining the performances, outfit reveals and backstage moments. For one of his turns on the stage, Styles opted to sing the appropriately named “Only Angel.”

The song is featured on the British superstar’s self-titled debut album, which came out in May. Styles wrote the track, as he did all the music featured on the record. The album hit number one on the Billboard 200 chart, as well as a number of global lists, including the UK rankings and those of Australia, Canada, Mexico and more. Styles’ first solo single, “Sign Of The Times,” was also successful, charting first in a number of countries. Surprisingly, though, when the Grammys nominations were announced on Tuesday morning, he was nowhere to be found on the list of nominees.

The snub shocked fans and critics alike, but regardless of a lack of nods from the Recording Academy, there’s no denying this has been a huge year for Styles. In addition to dropping his solo album, he also made his big-screen acting debut with Dunkirk. 2018 will be another monumental year for the singer as he continues his tour in Europe and North America, among other locales. You won’t be able to call Armie Hammer by his Twitter handle anymore.

The hunky actor fled from the social media site after slamming a Buzzfeed article that attributed his entire movie career to him being a privileged white man.

In her article, titled Ten Long Years Of Trying To Make Armie Hammer Happen, Anne Peterson questioned whether the Call Me By Your Name star’s career is due to him being “a beautiful pedigreed white man” who kept being offered work despite repeatedly starring in big screen flops.

Recounting Hammer’s roles over the years — from his acclaimed performance in The Social Network to the meh-ness of Lone Ranger — the senior culture writer argued the actor kept getting “second chances” because of his privileged background, skin color, and square jawline.

The 31-year-old, who was named after his oil tycoon great-grandfather Armand Hammer, didn’t take kindly to the “bitter AF” think piece — and was so distraught he committed social media suicide on Sunday.

Before dramatically deleting his account, Hammer posted one final tweet directed at Peterson, writing:

Needless to say, fans were not happy with Buzzfeed for making the actor flee the social media site — especially since he’s become so vocal in calling out Hollywood’s various abusers and creeps.

For that reason alone, we hope Hammer returns to Twitter eventually. Otherwise, that bitter AF writer wins.

A new story claiming Selena Gomez is hoping to spend Christmas with her family and Justin Bieber is nothing more than a fabrication. Gossip Cop can expose this fake news. We’re told it’s “made-up.”

As Gossip Cop reported, HollywoodLife posted a bogus story last week about how Gomez was “hopeful” Bieber would celebrate Thanksgiving with her. The outlet went on to cover up its previously made-up report that falsely claimed they were going to be with one another during the holiday by alleging Gomez wanted to spend time alone with her family in Texas. At the time, a reliable Gomez source assured us Bieber was never invited, and that Thanksgiving was always going to be a family-only occasion. Not surprisingly, this latest piece of holiday fiction comes courtesy of the very same website.

In the seemingly manufactured article, a so-called “source” is quoted as saying, “Selena is really hoping that Justin will spend Christmas with her and her family. The timing was not right for them to share Thanksgiving together, and Selena was a bit disappointed they were apart for the holiday.” The outlet’s most assuredly fake “insider” goes on to add, “She missed him terribly over Thanksgiving, and Selena doesn’t want to spend another holiday apart.”

What’s more, the website’s questionable Gomez “source” further purports, “They are trying to be extra cautious and careful with things this time around in their relationship. Both Justin and Selena are trying to take things slowly because it is important to her that her family approves of things.” Concludes the dubious tipster, “They want to do things the right way and they both want to be very respectful of their families.”

Let Gossip Cop set the record straight. Much like its bogus Thanksgiving tales, this latest report is equally phony. And as we’ve repeatedly pointed out, no one remotely close to the star is feeding the aptly nicknamed HollywoodLies with information about Gomez, who has publicly slammed the site for peddling fake news about her. Our impeccable insider, on the other hand, says “certainly no family reunions on a special day” will include Bieber, debunking the website’s newest article.

We’re further told her family members are “not comfortable being around him,” and while Gomez’s relatives “pray he is in a better place,” they “wouldn’t take a chance of ruining Christmas” by having him around. The often discredited site just posts one falsehood after another, without a shred of research or fact-checking.

Noah Mac once again showed off his own arrangement on “The Voice,” this time for the Top 11 round on Monday. Watch the video below!

As Gossip Cop has reported, Mac seems to be this season’s Hunter Plake. Like Plake earlier this year, the aspiring star prefers to make up his own versions of already known songs. Last week, Mac rearranged Coldplay’s “Speed Of Sound” for his first live performance of the NBC competition, after reimagining the Phil Collins classic “In The Air Tonight” for the playoffs. As seen on last Tuesday’s results show, viewers enjoys his efforts enough to vote him through.

And this time around, Mac’s song choice came after fans sent in music suggestions. Of course, he still had to put his own twist on things. Mac tweeted hours before the broadcast, “Tonight is a huge performance for me. I had stayed up all night creating an entire orchestral arrangement for this on my laptop. I can’t wait for you all to see it!” In the rehearsal package that aired during the episode, it was revealed his track was “Electric Love” by Borns, and he immediately told coach Jennifer Hudson that he had an “idea” for it.

Mac opted to “strip down” the song as much as possible and be joined by a string quartet. He was the second to last to take the stage during the show, and his performance proved to be worth the wait. Adam Levine said afterward, “I think one to the great things about you, Noah, is I still don’t expect that to be your voice.” He further called the performance a “really smart, really cool, awesome modern thing,” adding, “You did everything right.”

Noting Miley Cyrus’ love for Mac, Hudson pointed out, “You have that same effect on all the ladies.” She went on to tell her artist, You were electric… You owned that stage. You took every inch of the opportunity to show the star you are, that I know will be at the top of the charts and at the end of this competition. No one can tell me different. Addison Agen sang Joni Mitchell’s “A Case Of You” on Monday’s “The Voice,” during the Top 11 round. Check out the video below!

As Gossip Cop reported, Agen gave her first live performance of the NBC competition last week, beautifully singing “She Used To Be Mine” by Sara Bareilles. Though many in the Top 12 received standing ovations over the course of the night, Adam Levine’s young artist was arguably the most successful. That’s because she was the only contestant whose cover charted in the top 10 on the iTunes singles chart by the time voting closed the following day. That gave Agen a bonus on top of the votes cast by viewers, and she was the first one declared safe during the results show.

Agen’s place as one of the frontrunners for season 13 is certainly solidified now, but every performance counts. Tonight’s song selection was inspired by fans, as they were able to submit music ideas prior to the broadcast. In rehearsal, Levine said this next moment was “important,” but she was “born to sing” Mitchell’s beloved track. And, as a songwriter herself at only 16, Agen appreciated that the lyrics had such meaning. Levine even predicted, “I think this is going to go top 5, if not all the way.”

The performance was vocally stunning, as expected, and all four coaches gave a standing ovation. Jennifer Hudson gushed, “You are beyond great. You were gifted. It’s not even a talent. It’s a gift.” And though this is a competition, Hudson insisted, “Y’all better vote, vote, vote for this girl… You can’t let talent like this slip through the cracks.”

Levine noted the audience was left “subdued” but for the “best reason,” as they were all “moved” by the performance. He further said the song showed “the full recognition off what your talent is,” and even declared, “I think this is potentially the winner of this show, but more importantly, one of my favorite voices I’ve heard in a long time.” Watch the video below!

There are no “X-rated photos” of Meghan Markle that will make Queen Elizabeth “blush.” This is 100 percent fake news designed to exploit the actress’ engagement to Prince Harry. Gossip Cop can expose what’s going on.

Hours after it was announced Markle and Prince Harry are engaged, RadarOnline is trying to entice readers with a headline blaring, “SO SCANDALOUS! X-Rated Meghan Markle Photos That Will Make The Queen Blush.” The site asks, “Is that a royal nip slip?” No one can get the answer without clicking through the webloid’s photo gallery, which doesn’t actually feature a single “X-rated” picture or a “nip slip.”

Still, the outlet asserts Markle is “not your ordinary royal” because more than a decade prior to embarking on a romance with Prince Harry, “she was a curvy, cheeky starlet who posed nearly-naked for racy photoshoots!” Contends the online publication, “Back when she was first trying to make it big in Hollywood, she posed for more than a few scandalous shoots, ones the Queen certainly would not approve of.” The blog even salaciously asks next to one of the pictures, “Looking back at sexy shots of the LA-native, is that a nipple that is seen poking out from under her skin-tight white top?”

But nothing is “poking out,” and Markle isn’t “nearly naked” in any of the snapshots. She is completely clothed in every single photo in the gallery. They are simply run-of-the-mill publicity pictures, with not a single aspect making them qualify as “X-rated” or even R-rated. Yet the webloid maintains, “The strict royal family now has to accept the fact that countless X-rated photos of the soon-to-be American royal are now circling the internet more than ever before!” The site even wonders if the “fiery snaps” will make Queen Elizabeth “change her mind” about the marriage, despite Buckingham Palace writing on Twitter that she is “delighted” over the engagement.

The pictures in question, however, have been circulating online since long before Prince Harry proposed to Markle this month. If they were really such an issue, and there is no legitimate reason why they should be, Queen Elizabeth would’ve put the kibosh on the relationship some time ago. What’s also notable is that in this gallery of non-scandalous images, RadarOnline did not include what it said nearly a year ago were topless photos of Markle. Apparently the outlet has since accepted that those pictures were not actually of the actress, as Gossip Cop rightly reported at the time. But the commonality is that the publication tried to dupe readers with fake news then and is clearly trying to do so again now.
