This can be exciting on a first date since you’re feeling each other out and deciding if you’re compatible not only mentally but physically.

Sitting next to each other while watching a movie gives you the opportunity to move in for that kiss if you feel inspired. You never know, it could be the person who you choose wedding rings with one day.

You Can Get a Feel For Their Taste In Culture

When you watch a movie with someone then you can get a feel for what kind of culture that they appreciate. Having the same taste in films isn’t crucial for a happy relationship, however, it can be something which is revealing about their personality.

Choosing a film together can show you how well you are at combining your tastes and arriving at a decision together.

You Can Laugh Together

If you choose to see a comedy, it can be a great way to break the tension and laugh together. Since laughter is known as the best medicine, it can be a great way to grow closer together and appreciate the same humor.

While it’s still possible to enjoy a drama or horror film together, a comedy may be the best choice since it’s light-hearted and encourages conversation and laughter.

It’s a Public Location

It’s normal to worry about your safety when you meet with a stranger for the first time. Therefore, choosing a theater rather than viewing a movie at your home may be a safer option since it’s a public location.

Having the sense of security of other people being around may help ease your nerves.

Are Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez in the midst of “prenup drama”? That’s the latest rumor to emerge about the superstar couple. Gossip Cop, however, can exclusively bust the claim.

The story in question can be found in the pages of NW, which alleges that while Lopez and Rodriguez are “on the fast track to the altar,” they’re “butting heads over their prenuptial agreement.” Though both stars are worth hundreds of millions of dollars, a so-called “source” claims to the tabloid, “Jennifer figures she’ll be the big earner in the years ahead and wants to protect herself.” But Rodriguez, contends the gossip magazine’s supposed source, finds that “insulting.”

“He can’t understand why she feels the need to do this at all,” asserts the alleged tipster. The dubious insider goes on to claim to the outlet, “Alex is a little tired of being bossed around to such a degree. Despite their lovey-dovey photos, there’s definite tension creeping in.” But the publication never specifies just how Lopez supposedly “bosses” the athlete around, aside from allegedly wanting him to sign a prenuptial agreement, as many couples do.

It’s also curious that nothing is mentioned about Lopez catching Rodriguez texting a former fling. That was the contention leveled in its previous issue. As Gossip Cop reported then, the tabloid regurgitated bogus claims about the singer believing Rodriguez was “cheating” on her by communicating with an ex. But if the magazine really had a “source” of its own, as it purports here, it would’ve known the allegations were phony.

It’s apparent the outlet doesn’t have real inside access to Lopez and Rodriguez’s world, which is why it’s peddling bogus tales two weeks in a row. In this case, Gossip Cop is exclusively told this supposed “prenup drama” is “made up.” In fact, it’s worth noting that just weeks ago when Lopez was asked about a potential engagement, she refused to urge Rodriguez on, saying, “I don’t like to pressure anybody for anything.”

It stands to reason, then, that she wouldn’t be pressuring him to sign a prenuptial agreement, particularly when they aren’t even engaged. Of course, even though the pair has only been dating for a year, the gossip media has already spread a lot of misinformation about a marriage. For example, Gossip Cop already busted In Touch last April for an untrue story about Lopez and Rodriguez signing a $ 760 million prenup. For now, such claims remain premature.

A new story about how Kylie Jenner loves the Ferrari that Travis Scott gave her as a “push present,” but why she refuses to drive baby Stormi in it, is a complete lie. The fake news story was manufactured by the serial fiber at HollywoodLife. One doesn’t even need to be seasoned reporters like we are at Gossip Cop to know that the site’s article is fabricated.

According to the aptly nicknamed HollywoodLies, “Jenner appreciates the amazing new car” Scott bought her, but she’s “not finding it too useful” when driving around her newborn daughter Stormi. A so-called “source close to Kylie” supposedly tells the untrustworthy site, “Kylie loves her push present Ferrari from Travis but… she can’t fit her baby car seat in it.” The bogus blog’s seemingly phony “source” maintains, “[Jenner] is shopping around for a safety seat that can fit inside the small interior and on the sports [car’s] seats.” “She thinks it would be sexy to drive her baby around in style,” adds the almost assuredly fictitious tipster.

It should be noted that the $ 1.4 million Ferrari that Jenner proudly displayed on Instagram is a two-seater. And unlike the person who concocted this entirely untrue article with its absurdly fake quotes, Jenner knows full-well as a new mom that you cannot put a baby in the front seat of a car where an inflated air bag can injure or even kill a child. As universally known, newborns to two-year-olds must sit in rear-facing child safety seats in the backseat, of which there is none in Jenner’s Ferrari.

HollywoodLife makes up a lot of lies about the cosmetics mogul. Less than two weeks before Stormi’s birth, the often discredited outlet contended that Jenner wanted to get back together with Tyga. And literally hours before she went into labor, HollywoodLies continued that false narrative with a made-up story about Jenner regretting being pregnant with Scott’s baby instead of Tyga’s child.

Basically, either the site has the worst Jenner sources in the business or the blog is nothing more than a fiction factory that daily churns out one fabricated article after another about the reality star. Many legitimate journalists believe it’s the latter. Still, Gossip Cop fact-checked the site’s claims with an actual Jenner insider and, while we cannot repeat the expletives used about HollywoodLies, the take-away is that the story is fake news. Like someone driving a newborn in the front seat of a sports car, HollywoodLife’s latest tale about Jenner is also irresponsible.

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart have not told anyone they would “love” to be part of a Twilight reboot after the film’s 10th anniversary in November, despite a completely fabricated report. The claim was made up HollywoodLife, a site so well-known for publishing fake news that it’s nicknamed HollywoodLies. Gossip Cop is assured by sources close to both stars that no legitimately connected to either of them shared anything resembling that with the untrustworthy site. One skeptical Pattinson insider even suspected the blog simply concocted the tall tale to send the series’ loyal fans into a tizzy.

It should be noted that if the two were ready to reboot Twilight or do a television series based on it, the news would be broken by one of the respected trade outlets like the Hollywood Reporter or TV Guide. The “exclusive” wouldn’t come from the site that has repeatedly reported falsely that Pattinson is dating Katy Perry. And it wouldn’t come from the blog that swore up and down that Stewart was keeping her buzzed haircut forever and instead “wear wigs and extensions for future roles so she can keep her bald look in real life.”

Here is what’s really going on: HollywoodLies knows that the 10th anniversary of Twilight’s release in this November. It also knows its stars are immensely popular. And it knows it got a fair amount of online traffic for its unverified story about how Pattinson and Stewart supposedly met up at a bar in L.A. on February 11, though there wasn’t a single photo or reliable report to prove it.

With that as its background, the often debunked site seemingly set off to make up a new angle and that was that Pattinson and Kristen would “reboot their iconic vampire romance.” To back up it fabricated article, the outlet quotes an almost assuredly made-up “source” as saying, “Rob and Kristen would love to see Twilight come back or be rebooted” or a “TV show come out of it.” The same (probably nonexistent) “insider” adds, “They would be totally down to be a part of it” and would appear in some small fashion on the TV show or in the reboot.

While it’s true that both Stewart and Pattinson acknowledge and appreciate how “Twilight” propelled their careers in to the stratosphere, they both have spent more than half a decade since Breaking Dawn – Part 2 taking on various roles and stretching themselves as actors. Both have politely responded to questions about doing more Twilight projects, but neither has pushed to be part of a reboot. Last April, Pattinson offered in an interview with Yahoo! Movies that it “could be quite fun” to do more with Twilight, but cautioned it would have to be done in “some radical way” to pique his interest. And, as he noted, taking the story further would be “difficult” since “there’s no source material” beyond the original four books.

Interestingly, in September 2016, HollywoodLies tried this re-teaming angle, but with a very different twist. At the time, the site maintained Stewart wanted to “stay away from the franchise” because she had “graduated onto other opportunities,” while it implied Pattinson desperately needed to “re-spark his career” and would be more than “eager” to do additional Twilight films (see below). Much like back then, no real Pattinson or Stewart sources spoke this time around to HollywoodLife about how the two stars would supposedly “love” to do a reboot. It’s all fake news.

Is Sarah Jessica Parker having a baby at 52? A new report claims the actress is “set to add another child to her adorable brood.” Gossip Cop, however, can exclusively bust the story.

The questionable article comes from New Idea, which has a headline in its latest issue announcing, “Sarah Jessica Parker: A Baby At 52!” This purported “exciting news” is based on Michelle Ross, whom Parker and husband Matthew Broderick used as a surrogate in 2009, writing on Facebook last month about doing surrogacy again. Ross’s post, however, did not mention the famous parents, nor did it give any indication that she is expecting their child. In fact, it said nothing about Parker or Broderick at all.

Nevertheless, the tabloid alleges Ross is “set to give the celebrity couple another baby to cherish.” The gossip magazine goes on to note, “If Michelle were to succesfully deliver another child for SJP, it would make the 52-year-old actress one of the oldest celebrity women to welcome a new baby.” The outlet fills out its story with old quotes from Parker about wanting a “bigger family,” and asserts, “It appears SJP and Matthew’s chance at welcoming another child to their growing family has arrived.”

The publication also points out that in the decade since Parker first employed a gestational carrier, it has “since become accepted practice,” with stars like Kim Kardashian, Nicole Kidman and Giuliana Rancic also going the surrogacy route. From that, along with Parker “having already shared an emotional experience with Michelle,” the tabloid concludes “it would make sense for the couple to want her to [be a] surrogate for them again.” But beyond all this conjecture, the magazine has no evidence that Ross is indeed pregnant with Parker and Broderick’s baby.

Perhaps that’s because she’s not. A rep for Parker exclusively tells Gossip Cop that this story about having another baby is “false.” That said, the “Sex and the City” star does have kids on her mind lately. Parker has teamed up with Gap for a children’s clothing line, which launches next month, and she recently discussed how her 15-year-old son and 8-year-old twin daughters inspired some of the designs. “I have three very different children and they all have different needs and likes and dislikes,” she told People.

Parker went on, “I wanted very much to hear their thoughts and it was helpful and it was also especially encouraging.” At no point, however, did she mention adding another child to her family.

Just as strong as ever in its second weekend, Black Panther keeps on rolling!!!

In its sophomore outing in theaters this weekend, the Ryan Coogler-directed superhero flick took home an astonishing $ 108 million from more than 4,000 theaters across North America!

That’s the second-best second weekend of all time — lagging only behind Star Wars: The Force Awakens in 2015!!

Overseas, you can keep the numbers coming too, because Black Panther took home another $ 83.8 million from 55 international markets over its second weekend out — giving it an international-only tally of $ 304 million right now two weeks in!

Take EVERYTHING together — the international numbers as well as the $ 400+ million from North America in just over ten days — and Black Panther has already tallied $ 704 million in total! Incredible!

Oh, and get ready for this: it hasn’t even shown in Russia (Monday!), Japan (next weekend), or China (March 9) yet… so expect those global box office numbers to go MUCH higher!

Disney‘s film distribution head Dave Hollis continues to be amazed by the movie (below):

Game Night did a solid $ 16.6 million debut in its first weekend in theaters, the pic no doubt helped by an ensemble cast including Rachel McAdams and Jason Bateman.

And Annihilation, starring Gina Rodriguez and Natalie Portman, did a more sluggish $ 11 million in its opener this weekend in theaters.

Blake Shelton has never thought Gwen Stefani was “using him for publicity.” A year ago, however, a website falsely made that claim, as well as maintained Shelton was “humiliated” after Stefani talked about their “hookup details.” Of course, now 365 days have past since that original report, which Gossip Cop corrected, and the two remain happily together.

On February 25, 2017, we busted Celeb Dirty Laundry when it published a manufactured article it titled, “Blake Shelton Humiliated After Gwen Stefani Reveals Their Hookup Details To Media — Hates Girlfriend Using Him For Publicity?” The site claimed, “Blake Shelton doesn’t want Gwen Stefani to talk about their relationship in front of the cameras anymore.” As Gossip Cop noted 12 months ago, the outlet didn’t have a single source or proof that the country star was “humiliated” when Stefani spoke about him or that he ever suspected she was “using him for publicity.”

The entire, flimsy premise was predicated on a promo for Season 12 that showed Stefani trying to coax a contestant into joining her team by touting her country credentials. “I just did a country song with Blake Shelton, so I’ve got the hookup,” Stefani told the competitor, prompting her boyfriend to crack, “That is so inappropriate to be talking about our hookup!” Of course, the No Doubt singer was simply conveying that she had business connections to the country music industry. The only sexual connotation made was by Shelton, and he was clearly joking.

After that, the website vaguely contended, “Many insiders have noticed that the country star hasn’t said much about his personal life,” as opposed to Stefani, who had supposedly been talking about about her “romance to the press for months now.” “While Blake has been trying to focus more on his work and his music, Gwen continually brings up their relationship in her interviews,” added the CDL. But as Gossip Cop rightfully noted then, both Shelton and Stefani generally only discuss one another after they’ve been asked to.

A year later now, Shelton is hardly “humiliated” by Stefani and he most certainly does not believe she’s “using him for publicity.” If he did, they’d no longer be together. Instead, the couple is stronger that ever.

For example, three months ago Gossip Cop exclusively broke that Shelton was People’s “Sexiest Man Alive” for 2017. And after it was officially announced, Shelton talked with the magazine about Stefani and the honor. Far from being “humiliated,” the country singer opened up about how with time their relationship “feels like it gets stronger.” At this point, the only one who should feel “humiliated” is CDL.

When we think of fame, it isn’t typical to consider those who are famous for more than just their pretty face and acting talents, but there are a whole slew of B, C, and D listers that have made a pretty strong name for themselves through their array of talents.
