Zach Galifianakis smoked weed on Bill Maher’s TV show last night during a discussion of California’s upcoming vote on marijuana legalization.
As the “Real Time” panel debated the merits of Proposition 19, The Hangover star took things to the next level.
“I have to agree it’s a tricky thing politically to jump on that bandwagon because I think that maybe people see it as taboo still,” said Galifianakis.
He then lit up a joint.
As the crowd roared, the comedian passed the pot to fellow guest Margaret Hoover, who confirmed that it was the real deal.
Maher himself supports marijuana use.

Horror is ruling the Halloween weekend box office, with Saw 3D, the seventh (and final?) film in the annual gore fest expected to open at #1 with about $28 million.
The supernatural forces of Paranormal Activity 2, meanwhile, are on pace to hold on to second place with roughly $19 million.
It’s a steep drop to Red, projected to finish third this weekend with a $9.5 million haul. Stunt spectacular Jackass 3D ($8.5 million) and Matt Damon drama Hereafter ($6 million) are projected to round out the Top 5, with The Social Network ($5 million) close behind.
All figures at this point are just estimates.

What do you think about the costumes worn by members of the Today Show cast? I personally liked last years Star Wars outfits with all the props they had on hand and the ewok’s who kept trying to get drunk during the airing of the segment.

A photo of Kanye West in his birthday suit has surfaced but unlike photos in which a pissed off ex sells the photo to the world, these photos were sent by Kanye to a bunch of women on MySpace.
MediaTakeOut.com found the photos which shows Kanye wearing his sunglasses and bling then showing off his “manhood” when he pulls down his boxers.
