Congratulations are in order for E! News personality Jason Kennedy and model Lauren Scruggs! The two tied the knot yesterday in Texas, Lauren’s home state. Tony Romo and his wife, Candice, were among the guests, and they’re two-year-old son, Hawkins, was the ring bearer. Other guests included Bill and Giuliana Rancic, Kathie Lee Gifford, and fashion bloggers Courtney Kerr and Krystal Schlegel. RELATED: Jason Kennedy and Lauren Scruggs are engaged!
The wedding and reception were held at the Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas. Lauren reportedly wore a Romona Keveza gown while Jason donned a Tom Ford suit. Lauren changed into a second dress designed by Nardos Imam. The wedding colors were a palette of ivory, cream, champagne, blush, shades of lavender, and accents in charcoal grey and silver. Sounds gorgeous! Lauren told People:
Jason has completely changed my life, and I could not be more thankful for who he is and how he loves me. I can’t wait to spend forever with him.”
Jason said:
God has blessed me with somebody I’ve been waiting for my whole life. Lauren changed everything for me and I can’t believe I get to spend the rest of my life with her.”
Awww… It’s so great to see a happily ever after for this couple. They began dating a couple of months after Lauren was seriously injured in an airplane accident: she lost an eye and an arm after walking into an airplane propeller. Happy endings do exist!
