Jenny McCarthy & Donnie Wahlberg Ready For Docuseries ‘Donnie Loves Jenny’?

Ready for a new reality TV show? Well, this one is being called a docuseries, but is there really a difference? Anyway, newlyweds Jenny McCarthy and Donnie Wahlberg are starring in an A&E docuseries called ‘Donnie Loves Jenny.’ RELATED: Jenny McCarthy and Donnie Wahlberg tied the knot.

A&E is promoting it with a series of photos that look like the covers of romance books. I don’t have the right to the images, but you can see them on Us Weekly. Jenny explained:

We really enjoy being with each other and we enjoy making television, it’s in our blood. We said, let’s do some high vibrational TV, let’s keep that energy going and see if we can be part of a shift where there is an audience for people that want to see some happy and some good, instead of some dark.”
“I think people are going to be really surprised at how freakin’ hilarious Donnie is. I mean, when I started dating him, I was like, ‘Oh my gosh, he is brilliantly funny!’ So I’m glad people will get a chance to see that in him.”

And don’t expect all the high drama we see on so many reality TV shows, either.

We’re very good about doing coping tools to kind of maneuver through anything that people might fight [about] so I’m not worried because everything we’re doing is us, and us is in the nicest vibration we always are in. And hopefully people will respond to that and not need crazy.”

Do viewers need the crazy? I guess we’ll find out. It’s tough to have a good story with no conflict. Are you going to tune into ‘Donnie Loves Jenny’?
