A MAN, aged 70 from Canberra Australia, has had a dining fork removed from his penis, as reported in The International Journal of Surgery. The medical team – Krishanth Naidu, Maurice Mulcahy and Amanda Chung – say “given the great management challenge faced by the oddity and infrequency with which a fork is encountered in the penile urethra”. Much “lubricant” was used.
It could happen, of course, to anyone unfamiliar with cutlery.
