Seventeen magazine, the country’s #1 teen magazine, has announced that their March 2014 issue will be their first ever Power issue!

In addition to the list, which features Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato, Gabby Douglas, and Karlie Kloss, the issue also features the Power Advisory Board. The Board, according to a statement from Seventeen, is a group of influential women “from industries including politics, entertainment, fashion, philanthropy, business, and technology, who share their advice about what they believe it means to be powerful in the special issue.” Wondering who the mag deemed savvy enough to make that list? Well, First Lady Michelle Obama, for one.
