Yes indeed, Lindsay Lohan has found yet another attention-getting plan to be more of a millionaire than she already is.
Lohan reportedly is suing E-Trade for the commercial they posted at the Superbowl that had her name in it.
The commercial (posted below) discusses a certain “milk-a-holic” baby–named Lindsay. She believes this baby was named after her, as her recent history has not been very complimentary. Lohan apparently wants $100 million from the company because they used her name as a way to profit from the “parody of her life”.
Lohan’s lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia, claims Lindsay has the same first name recognition as Cher, Madonna, or Oprah. She also claims that this commercial could be seen as a “subliminal message“.
If anything, I think that by suing the company, it is just causing more people to know what’s wrong with you than if you left it alone. But then again, who would pass up that much money? Would it be Lindsay? Apparently never.

Apparently, Lady Gaga’s clothes were causing her discomfort when she was in her flight between the United States and England.
The solution? The cabin crew had to undress her. Not shortly before this, Gaga had spoken with Jonathan Ross, saying she would “rather die” than be seen by her fans in normal clothing.
According to The Sun, Gaga was told by the staff on the airplane that she had to take the ‘black and yellow tape and the big shoes off in order for these problems to go away. She was wearing a tight Alexander McQueen at the time.
What could’ve happened had she not taken them off? Apparently, something called deep vein thrombosis.
Hopefully this won’t affect her upcoming wardrobe. But then again, it’s Lady Gaga. Does anything affect her wardrobe?
Keep being fabulous Gaga, your fans are forever. Just don’t get any health issues while you’re at it.

There’s been a steady stream of speculation about who will star in the Captain America movie, including wrong rumors that Star Trek’s Chris Pine was “close to signing” as the lead.
Now sites are picking up an “exclusive” from Hollywire that claims two surprising stars have auditioned for the movie… Joe Jonas and Kevin Jonas.
According to the site’s “sources,” the two brothers “have already read lines for the upcoming film” and are “in contention” for both the title role and other characters.
Wow! Which Jonas will it be?
AND HOW CAN THE COUNTRY SURVIVE A JONAS VS. JONAS COMPETITION FOR SUPERHERO GLORY?
(deep breath)
Not to worry.
They have not auditioned for Captain America.
A Marvel source laughed off the Jonas rumor and told Gossip Cop it was “not true.”

“OMG! Oprah’s Dog Has Her Own Entourage — Crazy or What?†exclaims another shaggy dog story from HollywoodLife.
Once again, the bad blog barks up the wrong tree when it claims Oprah’s cocker spaniel Sadie “had a seven-person entourage yesterday.â€
According to the HollywoodLife, Oprah’s “ultra-pampered pooch, arrived by limousine at the the (sic) Kodak Theatre in LA, where Oprah was filming her post-Oscar special,†and was then “carried inside accompanied by SEVEN assistants/ security people? (sic) personal pooch handlers!â€
“Sadie’s paws never had to step foot on the actual ground. Is it possible that mama Oprah is just a little overprotective of her four-legged children,†continues this doggone site.
As any Oprah observer knows, the talk show host has often talked about – and been photographed – taking Sadie for walks in the cold.
Unfortunately, HollywoodLife kept chasing its own tail, asking questions like, “Does any dog, even Oprah’s deserve its own entourage?†and “What do you think — is a dog entourage INSANE??â€
What’s “insane†is that HollywoodLife didn’t lift one leg to report this story at all.
But Gossip Cop did.
Oprah’s dog does NOT have an entourage. Those people who were with the pooch are members of the talk show host’s staff, not hangers-on who roll wherever Sadie rolls.
A rep for Oprah tells Gossip Cop, “There’s no truth to the story.â€
And once more, HollywoodLife is in the doghouse.Â

Edis Kayalar, the German man who tried to extort $100,000 from Cindy Crawford by threatening to release a photo of her 8-year-old daughter, Kaia, bound and gagged in a chair, has been convicted of blackmailing and sentenced to two years behind bars.
Last year, Crawford gave Kayalar $1,000 for a print of the photo, but he later returned and asked for $100,000.
The disturbing picture, according to court papers, was taken by the little girl’s former nanny during a game of “Cops and Robbers,†and then stolen by Kayalar.Â
After a several-day manhunt, Kayalar turned himself in to authorities in November in Stuttgart, Germany.

Lindsay Lohan wants everyone to know she’s no baby.
The actress filed a lawsuit on Monday in Nassau County Supreme Court in New York over a commercial E-Trade debuted during the Super Bowl that features a “milkaholic” tot named “Lindsay.” The New York Post first reported details.
In the advertisement, a baby boy is video chatting with his girlfriend and apologizes for not calling her the previous night. “And that milkaholic Lindsay wasn’t over?” she asks, prompting a baby girl to lean into the frame and exclaim, “Milk-a-what?”
Lohan claims the slurry, home wrecking baby is modeled on her.
She is asking for $50 million in exemplary damages and an additional $50 million in compensatory damages.
“Many celebrities are known by one name only,” says her attorney, Stephanie Ovadia, “And E-Trade is using that knowledge to profit.”
“They used the name Lindsay. They’re using her name as a parody of her life. Why didn’t they use the name Susan?” asks Ovadia. “This is a subliminal message. Everybody’s talking about it and saying it’s Lindsay Lohan.”
But the Grey Group, which produced the ad for E-Trade, insists there was no implied link between the infant and Lohan. According to a spokesman, the firm “just used a popular baby name that happened to be the name of someone on the account team.”
Lohan wants an injunction forcing the spot (below) off the air. Gossip Cop wants to know what YOU think.
