It looks like a question or something amused Diane Kruger when she attended the ‘Unknown‘ photocall in Berlin. I bet those photocalls get pretty monotonous after all: what do you do with yourself while all these people are just snapping pictures of you?

So Diane probably appreciated a funny moment, especially since she seems to be someone who prefers to live her life out of the spotlight .

This is unreal! A party crasher at Paris Hilton’s 30th birthday party is bragging on Facebook today -with photo evidence – that he swiped her uneaten $3200 birthday cake!

A musician named “Paz” shared photos and the full story on his Facebook page:

“I crashed Paris Hilton’s Birthday Party and Accidentally the Whole Cake. I woke up this morning with a birthday cake in my living room. It’s big. It’s red. It says ‘Paris’. And its f***ing delicious.”

According to him, a friend helped him slip into Paris’ party and then as he saw the cake sitting – untouched and unserved all night long, he decided to hijack it!

Paz says he tricked the party’s head of security and got the 70-pound cake into his buddie’s car.

“I don’t know WTF I’m going to do with it.”

Jared Gurfein, CEO of Viridian Spirits, who paid for the cake isn’t too pleased about the ordeal!

It is very unfortunate that someone stole the cake from Paris’ birthday party. We had the cake designed especially for Paris with Lucid in the batter and a beautiful representation of Lucid’s artwork on it, which she had requested to meet the Moulin Rouge theme of the party.”

Paris’ rep hasn’t commented on the story just yet. It’s crazy that he was able to walk out with a GIGANTIC cake like that – you can see pics here. And why wasn’t it served? If I’ve got a $3200 cake (or a $3 cake for that matter) made just for me – I’M EATING IT! LOL!

Former American Idol contestant David Archuleta got some bad news from his record label today – they’ve dropped him from their roster.

According to TMZ, David’s second album “The Other Side of Down” only sold 63,000 copies, while his debut album had soared with over a million copies sold.
