Eric George, the lawyer who negotiated a $15 million settlement between Oksana Grigorieva and Mel Gibson isn’t too pleased that she later disavowed the agreement and he is suing her for his cut of the settlement which he says should have been accepted.
According to George, he completed the settlement to the best of his abilities and because it was originally agreed upon Oksana owes him his share.
In arbitration documents George says his firm was promised 10% of the settlement, but none of the money that was set aside for child support.
TMZ was told that Oksana filed papers trying to have the claim dismissed but her motion was immediately denied.
Currently the District Attorneys office is deciding whether extortion charges should be filed against Oksana over leaked audio tapes which she used to go after Gibson for the original $15 million.

“Could Britney Possibly Have a Baby Bump?” asks HollywoodLife which could possibly be among the least well-reported celebrity sites.
The blog wonders whether Britney Spears might be “pregnant with her third child,” writing, “Her stomach looks so flat in the new video she just released, but she was spotted out-and-about yesterday and now her belly looks decidedly UN-flat! So is it a baby bump?”
HollywoodLife adds that Spears’ two boys Sean Preston and Jayden James are “the perfect ages to be big brothers” and that the singer and her boyfriend Jason Trawick “would have such cute babies together!”
That’s sweet, however…
In less time that it took HollywoodLife to post this speculative drivel, Gossip Cop checked with a source close to Spears and confirmed she is NOT pregnant.
Earlier this week, HollywoodLife embarrassed itself by wrongly speculating that Tori Spelling was preggers.
Then the site missed badly with a story suggesting that Zoe Saldana was expecting.
The latest bogus Britney “bump” is STRIKE THREE!
Ouch.
Time for HollywoodLife to head back to the bench.

Duchess of York Sarah Ferguson didn’t quite make the cut of the 1,900 people invited to Prince William and Kate Middleton’s wedding on April 29.
This past week, nearly 2,000 invites were sent out to dignitaries, friends, and relatives, but Gossip Cop can confirm that Ferguson, who was married to William’s uncle, Prince Andrew, was not among the recipients.
Her two daughters, princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, however, are expected at their cousin’s nuptials.
Fergie, a one-time Weight Watchers spokeswoman, is currently working on a documentary to air on Oprah Winfrey’s OWN.

JWoww’s impressive body of work is on camera – and not just for MTV.
In a new interview with the “Jersey Shore” star (real name: Jenni Farley), “Showbiz Tonight” host Brooke Anderson asks about reports of naked photos, to which JWoww responds, ”And there’s video, I guess.”
Hmm. What kind of video?
“It’s not like me posing, or like, you know how girls do that and send pictures? No, these are like sleeping or things like that,” explains JWoww.
“Nude? Sleeping in the nude?” asks Anderson.
“Yeah, something like that. I have no idea.”
Someone who might have a better idea is JWoww’s ex-boyfriend, Thomas Lippolis. Last month, he told Gossip Cop exclusively that he possesses nude photos of her and believes he has every right to “sell them for the right amount.”
Check out JWoww’s conversation with “Showbiz Tonight” below.

The Presidents Day Weekend box office may wind up needing a recount.
Two new releases – Liam Neeson’s thriller Unknown and Alex Pettyfer–Dianna Agron sci-fi flick I Am Number Four – are battling for #1, with final numbers for both movies still murky.
As of now, Unknown appears like it will earn $25 million to win a narrow victory over I Am Number Four ($23 million) and Martin Lawrence’s fat suit extravaganza Big Mommas: Like Father, Like Son ($21 million).
Holdovers Gnomeo and Juliet and Just Go With It should also crack $20 million for the four-day holiday weekend, leading to a very packed Top Five.
Justin Bieber’s biopic Never Say Never is on pace for $14 million and sixth place.
The King’s Speech (approximately $7 million), The Roommate ($5 million), The Eagle ($4 million) and No Strings Attached ($3.3 million) are expected to complete the Top Ten.
What are you going to see this weekend?
