Mel Gibson is prepared to fight Oksana Grigorieva until the end.

Should Grigorieva file a rumored civil lawsuit against her estranged ex citing battery, emotional distress and defamation, Gibson will sue her for extortion, according to TMZ.

The site’s sources claim Gibson would not settle this potential suit out of court.

On Friday, Gibson struck a deal with prosecutors, pleading no contest to simple battery, thereby avoiding a trial with more serious charges.

Grigorieva alleges Gibson hit her in January 2010 as she held their daughter Lucia.

Jake Gyllenhaal almost showed a lot more than his new movie at the SXSW Film Festival in Austin.

The actor has confirmed reports that there was an altercation in the men’s room on Friday, when his thriller Source Code premiered, after a fan tried to take his picture… while he used the facilities.

When asked later about the rumored scuffle, Gyllenhaal said, “That’s true.”

“I think it’s an appropriate space to keep privacy,” the actor told EW. “I hope that people wouldn’t disagree with me on that.”

Gossip Cop definitely agrees.

According to multiple eyewitnesses, the photographer’s attempts to shoot his private moment started a heated exchange with the understandably angry Gyllenhaal.

Cops were reportedly called to the scene, although there was no further incident.

It’s a shame that paparazzi culture, which respects virtually no personal boundaries, makes some people think it’s OK to treat the restroom like a photo studio.

Michael Madsen, best known for tough guy roles in Quentin Tarantino movies like Reservoir Dogs and Kill Bill, is a wanted man after a judge reportedly issued a warrant for his arrest.

The actor failed to appear in court for a child and spousal support hearing last week, leading the judge to find him in contempt and issue the warrant, according to TMZ.

He allegedly owes approximately $570,000 in support debt.

Madsen is the brother of Academy Award nominee Virginia Madsen.

Michael Madsen, one of the stars of Quentin Tarantino’s Kill Bill movie series owes approximately $570,000 in child and spousal support, enough for an arrest warrant to be issued against the actor.

In court documents discovered last week it was revealed that the judge overlooking his family case found him in contempt of court and issued an immediate warrant for the actors arrest.

When arrested Madsen can expect to pay a bail that has already risen to $26,000.

There’s no word at this time as to whether Madsen can afford to pay the full amount or if he’s just being an involuntary deadbeat dad.

We all like to witness a bit of “crazy” in our lives and that point is proven by Charlie Sheen who sold out his Chicago and Detroit tour shows in just 18 minutes.

The recently fired Two and a Half Men star will soon be adding new shows to his itinerary and $1 from each ticket sold is going to the Red Cross to help victims of the recent Japan earthquake.

Sheen was thrilled with the quickness at which his shows sold out, Tweeting:

“Fastball; Detroit/Chicago sold out in minutes… Thanks to Sheen’s Cadre..! #WINNING c”

It looks like Sheen really is “Winning” in some small way.

Three days after collapsing on stage during one of his annoying performances, comedian Gallagher has been released from the hospital.

The comedians manager tells TMZ that he he only had to cancel a few tour dates due to the hospitalization and that Gallagher is already set to perform on March 19 in Woodlands, Texas.

Gallagher collapsed while performing in Rochester, MN at which time he was immediately rushed to the emergency room.

No word yet as to whether a watermelon was seeking revenge on the food challenged performer.

Personally after he came to my small town last year I would say it was more painful for audience that it was for him. All kidding aside, we’re glad he’s okay and returning to “work.”
