‘Glee’ Star Lea Michele In Car Accident With Drunk Girls

When Lea Michele was driving to her Glee audition she likes to tell the story of how she was in a car accident and had to read for the Rachel Berry role with glass in her hair and cuts on her body. Unfortunately it looks like history has repeated itself with Michele ending up in yet another L.A. car accident, this time involving several drunk girls.
Returning home from the Glee set, Lea was involved in a fender bender. According to Us Weekly, “Lea was hit and notified the police,†and, “She was not injured and is fine.â€
Apparently the girls, who were too drunk to function, got out of the car and made fools of themselves, according to a witness:
“A couple of drunk girls hit her, got out of the car, giggled that she was famous, said something like ‘are you drunk, too?’ Then they drove off.”
Michele doesn’t seem too shaken up about her L.A. accidents, telling New York Magazine:
“I hear you have to crash your car once in California before you can be initiated as a true L.A. resident,â€
While adding:
“So for me, I don’t consider it a problem. I consider it, ‘Okay, good! Got that out of the way. Now I live here.’†“For my second audition, I got into a massive car wreck, left my crashed car in the street and ran into the audition with cuts and glass in my hair. And then on the final audition, I had the worst neck ache from the car accident.â€
Regardless of her fearlessness, she’s one expensive commodity to lose, perhaps the studio or Glee creator Ryan Murphy himself should invest in a caravan to drive the poor girl home each night.
Katie Couric Headed To 60 Minutes?

When Katie Couric steps down from her 5-year-gig as the first ever lead female news anchor of Evening News in June viewers may find her on 60 minutes.
The New York Post says Katie has already been offered the job of “regular correspondent” once her contract is up. As part of the agreement, Couric would also be required to serve as the host of a daytime talk show as part of her regular duties.
At this time Couric’s reps won’t divulge any information, simply stating:
“Katie’s on vacation this week. Hopefully, the speculation about Katie can take a week off, too.”
Already gone from the show is Diane Sawyer who left after a short stint to head up World News Tonight on ABC.

Site Thinks Jenelle Evans Stole Brooklyn Decker’s Hair Style

HollywoodLife has a habit of tying together completely unrelated stories to distract from its reporting, which is frequently sloppy.
But this might be the most bizarre, desperate attempt we’ve seen yet.
The site asks whether Jenelle Evans – the “Teen Mom 2″ star in the news for viciously attacking another woman – could be “copying” supermodel-turned-actress Brooklyn Decker’s new haircut.
To illustrate its point, HollywoodLife posts Evans’ mugshot and gushes, “We couldn’t help but notice that she is totally channeling Brooklyn Decker’s new bob!”
Oh, is she?!
“We’re pretty sure that Jenelle didn’t get the same star treatment [Decker received], but she does have a similar tousled, sexy look!” declares HollywoodLife.
The site adds, “And her highlights are alike, too – she’s going for the same beachy, sun-kissed look!”
Below this nonsense is a poll asking visitors “who wears this style better – Jenelle or Brooklyn?”
Gossip Cop will pause to let all of this sink in.
The title of Decker’s recently released movie is Just Go With It, and we’re pretty sure that was also HollywoodLife’s attitude toward this story.

Meet Robert Pattinson’s ‘Cosmopolis’ Wife

Sarah Gadon has reportedly been cast as Robert Pattinson’s estranged wife in Cosmopolis.
Gossip Cop is working to confirm.
To date, the young Canadian actress has primarily appeared in TV series.
Paul Giamatti, Juliette Binoche and Samantha Morton also star in the movie, which follows an incredibly wealthy but embattled young financial whiz over the course of 24 hours.
David Cronenberg, who is directing Cosmopolis, worked with Gadon on his film A Dangerous Method.
