Lindsay Lohan has obtained a restraining order against alleged stalker David Cocordan, fearing a possible sexual assault.
According to court papers, Cocordan has harassed Lohan for two years, escalating his threats over the past several weeks. He’s allegedly come to her home and her public appearances multiple times, while also sending dozens of text messages suggesting he might attempt to harm Lohan.
Cocordan allegedly sent the actress a text message on May 5 reading, “F**king n sucking wit u kkk i need it more thn,” prompting Lohan to say in her official declaration, “I am afraid that this text message shows that Mr. Cocordan intends to sexually assault me.”
The Los Angeles Police Department believes Cocordan may be schizophrenic.
He’s been ordered to stay away from and have no communication with Lohan.

Track Palin, Sarah Palin’s eldest son, has married Britta Hanson, his high school sweetheart.
The couple recently wed in Hatcher Pass, Alaska.
“Our families couldn’t be happier! These are two hard working, humble, active, studious young adults who grew up together. We’re tickled that after two decades of friendship we proudly witnessed their marriage, knowing their new life together will be blesses,” the Palin and Hanson families tell People.
Track Palin is an Army Reservist who spent a year in Iraq.
Hanson is a nursing student at the University of Alaska.

Arnold Schwarzenegger will not return to movies quite yet.
The former California governor and longtime action film star has asked his agency to put all pending projects on hold in the wake of a sex scandal that rocked his marriage and led to the revelation of an illegitimate child.
“Governor Schwarzenegger is focusing on personal matters and is not willing to commit to any production schedules or timelines,” reads an official statement from his office.
“This includes Cry Macho, The Terminator franchise and other projects under consideration. We will resume discussions when Governor Schwarzenegger decides.”
The star’s messy May has included a formal separation from his wife Maria Shriver, and Schwarzenegger’s admission that he fathered a child out of wedlock, reportedly with family housekeeper Mildred Baena.

“Mad Men†star Elisabeth Moss and Fred Armisen are officially divorced, Gossip Cop confirms.
In September, the actress filed divorce papers, citing irreconcilable differences. Moss stated in her court filing that she and Armisen had actually split up in June 2010 – just eight months after she and the “Saturday Night Live†star tied the knot.
So basically, Armisen and Moss were separated a good three months longer than they were happily married.

James Franco will appear in Cherry, a movie about a troubled teenager’s entry into porn.
A rep for the Oscar nominee tells Gossip Cop he’s shooting “one day” on the film in what’s described as a “cameo.”
Franco reportedly plays a cocaine-addicted attorney who assists the would-be starlet, who has yet to be cast.
Author Stephen Elliott will direct.
Heather Graham and Dev Patel are also expected to have roles.

Rosie Perez is suing “Law & Order: SVU” producers for a neck injury she suffered while filming a guest role on the series in September 2009.
According to legal documents filed in Brooklyn, Perez claims she was hurt while shooting a scene in which she fights with another woman through the front window of a car.
Over the course of multiple takes, several discs in Perez’s neck became herniated.
She later required a discectomy and the fusion of vertebrae. Lopez says she continues to suffer severe pain, impeding her career.
Perez’s lawsuit alleges that Northern Entertainment Productions and DDF Films, the production companies behind the show, “recklessly and carelessly fail[ed] to provide skilled performers or experienced stunt personnel.”
“This is a case of a woman being severely injured because someone wasn’t taking care of the people who work for them, and we’re going to make them pay,” her lawyer Brian O’Dwyer tells the New York Post.
Perez rose to fame with roles in films including Do The Right Thing and White Men Can’t Jump.
