“IN GAY NEWS!! ONE OF THE WHITE GUYS FROM THE TV SHOW GLEE… HAS A BLACK BOYFRIEND!!!” blares a characteristically eloquent headline from MediaTakeOut, claiming that Darren Criss is dating pop artist Odain Watson.
The outlet adds that “Interracial dating is even MORE rare in the Gay community than it is among straights,” but notes, “the Darren guy doesn’t seem to mind.”
The only “evidence” “MediaFakeOut” has of this supposed relationship is a picture of Criss and Watson posing together at NYLON’s Young Hollywood issue party on May 4.
That’s it.
But everything about this story aside from the photo is FABRICATED.
If MTO paid any attention to the celebrities it covers, the site would know that Criss is not gay.
He plays a gay character on a fictional TV show.
A source close to the actor tells Gossip Cop “There is no truth to this story.”
Another day, another b.s. report from MediaTakeOut.

Prince William and Kate Middleton have adopted a baby penguin named Acorn.
The new Duke and Duchess of Cambridge received the 12-month adoption of the endangered Humboldt penguin as a wedding gift from the Chester Zoo.
The facility had asked followers on social networking sites to choose the species to be offered to the royals.

“We thought that a they’re both fairly nearby now on Anglesey, then William and Kate might like to take advantage of the free tickets in the adoption pack and spend a day here,” stated a spokesperson for the zoo, which is approximately 190 miles northwest of London.
Chester Zoo uses animal adoptions to raise funds for conservation projects.
It’s hoped that the couple will renew the adoption when it ends next May.

“Leo DiCaprio & Bar Refaeli Are Having Relationship Trouble — Is Blake Lively To Blame?” asks HollywoodLife, which rarely seems to have the right answer.
The poorly reported blog claims an “insider” says Leonardo DiCaprio is “hooking up with Blake Lively.”
Really?
While GossipCop can confirm that the actor’s relationship with the model has hit a snag, it has NOTHING to do with Lively.
HollywoodLife nevertheless belches up a quote from Lainey Gossip, which reads: “I received an anonymous email yesterday from someone who claims that Leo, or someone resembling Leo, was spotted at 3am on Monday night/Tuesday morning heading into Blake Lively’s apartment.”
As further proof of a DiCaprio-Lively connection, HollywoodLife writes that the “Gossip Girl” star “wants a role in The Great Gatsby more than anything… coincidentally, Leo is starring in the film.”
Let’s step back and look at this…
OK, so HollywoodLife’s “proof” that Lively and DiCaprio are “hooking up” is an “anonymous email” sent to another blogger about someone possibly, maybe, kind of “resembling Leo”?!
Hey, we’d love to meet their other sources like Al Cahall, Hugh Jass, and Harry Nutts.
On the flip side of the reporting spectrum, Gossip Cop investigated and a DiCaprio source tells us the Lively rumor is “not true,” and there’s “nothing going on there” between them.
Additionally, a rep for Lively reiterates it’s “not true at all,” and calls the HollywoodLife story “stupid.”
And oh yeah, we like how the wrong website says Lively “wants a role in The Great Gatsby more than anything.” That same silly site started the rumor, which Gossip Cop also debunked as untrue.
Basically, when it comes to DiCaprio, HollywoodLife’s stories sink faster than the Titanic.

The Beatle and his girlfriend, a New York businesswoman, have dated since 2007.
McCartney was previously married to the late Linda McCartney and Heather Mills, whom he officially divorced in 2008.

Nicolas Cage will NOT be criminally charged after allegedly attacking his wife last month during a drunken disturbance in New Orleans.
The District Attorney’s Office has concluded that there was insufficient evidence to pursue a case against the Oscar winner.
He was taken into custody on April 16 after a public argument brought police. Cage challenged the cops to arrest him, which they did, booking him on one count of domestic abuse and one count of disturbing the peace.
Later that day, Duane Chapman of “Dog the Bounty Hunter” fame posted Cage’s $11,000 bail, leading to his release.

Bryan Adams and his personal assistant, Alicia Grimaldi, have welcomed a baby daughter!
Mirabella Bunny was born on April 22.
She is the rocker’s first child.
“I’m really proud to announce on 22 April, Mirabella Bunny was born. She arrived like all good Easter bunnies on Easter Friday,” said Adams in a statement.
“Mother and baby are both well and happy. Thanks in advance for your kind thoughts and wishes.”
The couple confirmed Grimaldi’s pregnancy in March.

The Mother Monster will mentor the four remaining contestants on the May 11 show.
Gaga will help “Idol” hopefuls Haley Reinhart, Scotty McGreery, Lauren Alaina and James Durbin prep for their performances of songs by Leiber and Stoller (who wrote such Elvis Presley hits as “Hound Dog” and “Jailhouse Rock.”)
