The hotel heiress took a rough tumble after being caught in a parking lot scuffle with paparazzo Billy Barerra. The fight broke out at Katy Perry’s Part of Me after-party where Paris Hilton allegedly attacked the photographer as she tried to take his camera.
According to Barerra- “Paris was acting like she was on drugs. I know drugs, I’ve seen a lot of people on them, and Paris is one of them.”
“Her friends all started attacking me and no one could see us until we got up to that next level, and that’s when I yelled for help and the other paps came running and shot some video.”
According to the photographer, he was able to take shot of Paris using drugs inside the parking lot before heading to the nightclub. Paris went berserk when she noticed she was being filmed.

There’s a new trailer for Silver Linings Playbook, starring Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Lawrence.
Directed by David O. Russell, the movie concerns two damaged people looking to rebuild their lives — and the unexpected bond between them.
It also stars Chris Tucker and a young up-and-comer named Robert De Niro.
The film opens in November.
