The Girls Aloud singer suffered an embarrassing wardrobe malfunction that made it look like her nipples were on show and the slip-up didn’t go unnoticed by audience members.

Any by that we mean he can’t stop using you to garner a little attention for himself.

It’s been two years since his divorce from Katie Price, yet the memory of Peter Andre’s marriage to her haunts his memories still. Peter was a guest on Piers Morgan’s Life Stories this weekend, and he opened up about how their relationship has scarred him for life.

He explained:

“I think that’s what hurts the most about what went wrong a few years ago. Because I’d just come from the worst place in my life. I’m not blaming anybody, but when I finally found happiness (with Price), it was the first time I’d felt good. I felt good about everything. I think that’s probably why I’ve never been able to (move on)… I’ve moved on in leaps and bounds in one way but in another way I’m still a bit tortured inside.”

Yes, breakups can be difficult.

But c’mon! Time to move on! This tortured soul bit isn’t really going to get you anywhere. Let’s try a different angle to get your career started again, okay?

Ellen DeGeneres’ is taking her support for gay marriage to the Supreme Court.

The talk show host posted a “brief” on her website advocating for the court to overturn Proposition 8, which prohibits gay marriage in California.

FULL LETTER BELOW

In true DeGeneres fashion, the letter is both humorous and poignant.

She begins, “California’s Proposition 8 is headed to the Supreme Court. Hundreds of companies and families as well as Republicans are submitting briefs urging the 9 judges to allow gay people to marry. I thought that was ridiculous. Why would judges want all of that underwear? Then, after a quick talk with some people, I found out what a brief was.”

“Portia and I have been married for 4 years and they have been the happiest of my life. And in those 4 years, I don’t think we hurt anyone else’s marriage. I asked all of my neighbors and they say they’re fine,” writes DeGeneres.

She continues, “But even though Portia and I got married in the short period of time when it was legal in California, there are 1,138 federal rights for married couples that we don’t have, including some that protect married people from losing their homes, or their savings or custody of their children.”

“The truth is, Portia and I aren’t as different from you as you might think,” says DeGeneres. ”We’re just trying to find happiness in the bodies and minds we were given, like everyone else.”

“I hope the Supreme Court will do the right thing, and let everyone enjoy the same rights. It’s going to help keep families together. It’s going to make kids feel better about who they are. And it is time,” she concludes.

ELLEN DEGENERES BRIEF TO THE SUPREME COURT

California’s Proposition 8 is headed to the Supreme Court. Hundreds of companies and families as well as Republicans are submitting briefs urging the 9 judges to allow gay people to marry. I thought that was ridiculous. Why would judges want all of that underwear? Then, after a quick talk with some people, I found out what a brief was.

I’ve never filed a brief to the Supreme Court, so I thought I would post mine here. I’m sure someone will tweet it to them.

Portia and I have been married for 4 years and they have been the happiest of my life. And in those 4 years, I don’t think we hurt anyone else’s marriage. I asked all of my neighbors and they say they’re fine.  

But even though Portia and I got married in the short period of time when it was legal in California, there are 1,138 federal rights for married couples that we don’t have, including some that protect married people from losing their homes, or their savings or custody of their children.

The truth is, Portia and I aren’t as different from you as you might think. We’re just trying to find happiness in the bodies and minds we were given, like everyone else.

Coming out was one of the hardest things I ever did. I didn’t intend to be on the cover of Time magazine saying, “Yep, I’m gay.” The truth is, I don’t even remember saying that. I mean, I definitely said the “I’m gay” part. It’s the “yep” I don’t remember. I’m not really a “yep” person. “Yes siree Bob” maybe. But not “yep.”

In the words of Benjamin Franklin, “We’re here, we’re queer, get over it.” And there’s another famous quote that says “A society is judged by how it treats its weakest members.” I couldn’t agree with that more. No one’s really sure who said it first, so if anyone asks, tell them I said it.

I hope the Supreme Court will do the right thing, and let everyone enjoy the same rights. It’s going to help keep families together. It’s going to make kids feel better about who they are. And it is time.

Anyone hoping that Katie Price and Simon Cowell would take their rumored-fling and make it into something more are going to be disappointed, because it appears that the UK glamour model/reality fixture has become engaged for the third time…to her Argentinian model boyfriend, Leandro Penna!

The pair were spotted out and about in London this past week, with Jordan wearing a massive pink engagement ring, and her spokesman confirms:

“It’s true — they are engaged. Leandro proposed to Katie while they were away skiing recently — and she said yes. They told her children but had intended to keep it secret for a while. No wedding arrangements have been made and they are both quite relaxed about that for the time being.”

Well of course no arrangements have been made – she still isn’t completely divorced from her second husband, Alex Reid!

But hey! If they’re happy – and don’t mind exchanging vows with translators – then who are we to judge?

If there’s one place I hate going to, it’s the dentist. I’m just one of those people who cringe each time I hear some sort of drilling going on, even if it’s miles away, LOL. So yes, I’m even feeling Liberty Ross‘ pain in these pics, here.

The actress and model was spotted leaving her dentist’s office after a check-up in Los Angeles, Calif. on Wednesday afternoon. Hey, at least she looked cute for the occasion… even if she might be hurting just a little. And that reminds me… I have to make my own appointment, too!
