I have been WAITING to see a trailer for this film, ‘The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby.’ James McAvoy and Jessica Chastain star in this movie. This concept of this movie is what’s intrigued me since I first heard about it. It’s a love story about an on-off couple that was originally conceived as two films: ‘The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby: Her’ told the story from Jessica’s character’s point of view. ‘The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby: Him’ told the story from James’ character’s point of view. Both ‘Her’ and ‘Him’ premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival. Then writer-director Ned Benson combined the two films into a third film, that tells both sides of the story. It’s called ‘The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby: Them.’ Here’s the trailer for the ‘Them’ version.

Although I love the idea of two movies told from different points of view, I don’t know if they would work today. No one likes cliffhangers or to wait. I’d imagine the movies wouldn’t do well with a theatrical release because so many people would just wait until both were available for streaming so they didn’t have to wait for the other one. The idea is SO creative, though. What do you think of the trailer for ‘Them’?

Remember when the director of the latest X-Men movie Bryan Singer was accused of sexual molestation by Michael Egan?

Well, one of the other Hollywood big shots that Mr. Egan accused has quickly turned the tables on him!

And he’s the producer of shows like The Ricki Lake Show, Married with Children, The Simpsons, and In Living Color!

Garth Ancier is legally going after Mr. Egan, who accused Mr. Ancier of sexual molestation while Mr. Egan was 15-years-old and 17-years-old, and his legal cause is malicious prosecution.

Those are the charges he’s drummed up against Michael Egan and Mr. Egan’s lawyer Jeff Herman, and he’s basing it off the fact that he believes Herman used Egan to get his own name out there and also claims Egan is a downright liar!

We’re not totally surprised that this has happened. Mr. Ancier’s reputation was put in a comprising place after the allegations – and everyone knows that in Hollywood, your reputation definitely matters!

Mr. Egan recently dropped his own charges against Mr. Ancier, so we’re curious if that will factor into this latest legal tug of war!

This is SO sad!

Casey Kasem passed away on June 15th, but apparently his body still hasn’t been buried!

And part of the reason for that is because the body is still in Washington and not in Los Angeles where Casey Kasem wanted to be laid to rest!

The famous voice of American Top 40 passed away this past Father’s Day from Parkinson’s disease, dementia and sepsis.

While his widow Jean Kasem has accused Casey’s children of trying to grab their late father’s life insurance policy – the daughter, Kerri Kasem, claims her stepmother is just stalling because she knows there’s going to be an investigation about whether elderly abuse occurred while in her care!

Here’s what Kerri recently said:

“I don’t know what’s going on with [Jean] and why she makes the decisions she does. If I knew I would tell you. I would try and make amends. I would say, ‘I’m sorry Jean. What happened? … Why do you hate us so much?’”

And here’s what Jean Kasem recently said:

“Their impatience for Casey to die was obvious… and now their impatience to collect on the life insurance is even more telling.”

Kerri Kasem and her siblings are also claiming that the reason why Jean moved Casey from California to Washington state was because she wanted to keep him away from his children. They also believe it was a bedsore that he got on this trip that contributed to his death!

Whenever his body is flown back to where Casey wanted to be buried, Glendale, California, it will be the stepmother Jean who apparently will handle the funeral arrangements.

Hopefully the fighting between these two parties can be put on pause just long enough for them both to bury Casey Kasem.

We’re sure he wouldn’t them squabbling over parts of his estate before he’s even in the ground, right???

Tracy Morgan Moved To Rehab After Truck Collision

Last week, the entertainment world was shaken after news outlets reported that Tracy Morgan had been badly injured in a crash involving six cars on the New Jersey Turnpike.

The incident proved fatal for James “Jimmy Mack” McNair, who served as a comedy mentor to Morgan. The 30 Rock and Saturday Night Live veteran was rushed to intensive care, and police are now investigating allegations of sleep deprivation on the part of a Wal-Mart truck driver, Kevin Roper.

Critical condition

Morgan was rushed to Robert Wood Johnson Hospital in critical condition. According to his agent, he suffered multiple injuries, including broken ribs, a broken femur, a broken leg, and a broken nose.

On June 12, five days after the crash, the medical staff reported that the celebrity was showing signs of improvement. He is still classed as being in critical, but stable condition. Just last week, his publicist confirmed that the comedian is being moved to an undisclosed rehabilitation center to continue recovery, which is predicted to have “a long way to go.”

Sleep deprivation allegations

The driver of the Wal-Mart truck was charged with vehicular assault and homicide following the Saturday morning accident. Police reports alleged that the driver did not rest for more than 24 hours prior to his trip down the New Jersey Turnpike.

The National Transportation Safety Board is currently conducting an investigation into the accident, in an attempt to ascertain the cause. The board plans to examine driving and fuel logs to determine whether the truck driver exceeded the legal amount of consecutive work and awake hours.

Truck driver pleads not guilty

Roper has entered a plea of not guilty. He is currently free on bail of $ 50,000. If convicted, the driver could face up to 10 years in prison. Roper is being represented by attorney David Glassman. According to CNN, the judge warned Roper to be in contact with his lawyer before driving anywhere.

A frightening reminder

The incident serves as a tragic reminder of the enormous risks of automobile accidents. According to U.S. Census data, 10.8 million motor vehicle accidents occurred in 2009,m and resulted in nearly 36,000 deaths.

These unpleasant numbers show that driving is still one of the most dangerous activities people can participate in. Traffic can be exceedingly risky, no matter how well drivers perform defensive driving manoeuvres. Accidents can have extremely serious consequences and lead to long court proceedings.

Tracy Morgan fans are attentively following news about the beloved comedian. His publicist, Lewis Kay, warned people not to depend on social media or Internet rumor mills for news; fabricated information about Morgan’s health status has appeared steadily.

According to Kay, speculation led to out-of-control and false rumors about Morgan’s leg being amputated. Instead of spreading celebrity rumors, fans are encouraged to keep an eye on digital news sources for dependable information regarding Tracy Morgan’s health status.
