Caitlyn Jenner is mourning the murders of India Clarke and K.C. Haggard. On Tuesday night, the star posted a sorrowful tribute to the transgender women on her official website.

Under a post titled “In Loving Memory,” Jenner wrote, “Last week two transgender women were murdered named India Clarke and K.C. Haggard. 11 trans women have been killed in the United States in the past six months — most of them trans women of color. My condolences to those who loved India, K.C., and all of the other victims. No one should be killed simply because they are transgender.”

Jenner encouraged her fans to “learn more about the violence trans people face” via a report from the National Coalition of Anti-Violence Programs.” Clarke, 25, was beaten to death in Florida last Tuesday, making her the 10th trans woman killed in the United States this year. Tragically, 66-year-old Haggard became the 11th homicide last Thursday when she was fatally stabbed in California.

The sad message came one day after Jenner’s latest blog post for WhoSay, in which she wrote about the suicide of transgender teen Kyler Prescott. As Gossip Cop reported, Jenner opened up about meeting with Kyler’s mom, and the grieving mother praised the reality star for her efforts to help the transgender community.

As Gossip Cop previously noted, Jenner’s E! docu-series “I Am Cait,” which premiered last Sunday, will focus partly on her advocac. On Monday, however, Raven-Symone, who is openly gay, said on “The View” that she thinks Jenner is moving “too fast” in trying to position herself as an LGBT advocate. Kaitlyn Bristowe and Shawn Booth appeared on Tuesday’s “Good Morning America,” just hours after “The Bachelorette” finale and the live “After the Final Rose” special. Watch below!

With Bristowe dressed in white as the “bride to be,” the reality star said that from “night one” she knew Booth was the guy for her, and he’s now one of the few contestants in franchise history to end up the winner after getting the “first impression” rose. Both Bristowe and Booth were hesitant to talk about Nick Viall, instead awkwardly laughing about the runner-up.

“Right now, we’re just to excited to finally be able to hang out and do things in public,” said Booth, “but more importantly, we just want to spend some time with our friends and family first, and we’re going to do that for the next month.” That means trips to both of their hometowns and “figuring out the long-term plans.”

Bristowe has never been to Nashville, while Booth hasn’t ever stepped foot in Vancouver, so the question of where the couple will live is still up in the air. As for a wedding, Bristowe said, “We’re really excited to be engaged… No rush.” Of course, neither last year’s Bachelorette, Andi Dorfman, nor the reigning Bachelor, Chris Soules, made it down the aisle.

Kaitlyn Bristowe and Shawn Booth appeared on Monday’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” following the season finale of “The Bachelorette,” and promised the talk show they would stay together for at least a year. But if Bristowe and Booth break that oath, they agreed to pay Kimmel $ 1,000. Watch the funny video below!

As Gossip Cop reported earlier, Bristowe got engaged to Booth on Monday’s “The Bachelorette” finale after turning down Nick Viall’s proposal. The first question Kimmel asked Bristowe was, “How many men are you in love with as we sit on this couch?” She replied, “One,” while looking into Booth’s eyes. The couple then went on to explain how they would Facetime and watch the show together, when it aired, but only the parts they were in together because Booth would get uncomfortable watching her interactions with other men.

As Gossip Cop reported in June, Bristowe practically spoiled the ending of the series when she accidentally leaked a Snapchat photo of herself and Booth laying in bed together. At the time that the photo was posted, filming had already finished and many fans saw this as evidence that Booth won the show. The fans were correct. “You’re the first Bachelorette to ruin the ending of the show,” Kimmel joked. He added, “I will tell you, they were very, very mad at you here at ABC.” An embarrassed Bristowe explained the leak was completely accidental.

Kimmel asked Booth, “If you weren’t on the show and had to pick one of the guys to be with Kaitlyn, who would you pick?” Booth answered, “Ben H.,” who Gossip Cop previously noted is set to be the next ‘Bachelor.’” Bristowe then revealed which competitors from the season of “The Bachelor” she appeared on would be invited to her wedding. Becca Tilley, Whitney Bischoff, and Ashley Salter made the guest list.

Finally, Kimmel told the two that he was sick of “Bachelor” and “Bachelorette” couples breaking up shortly after the finales air. “Quite frankly, my heart can’t take it anymore,” said Kimmel before adding, “I’d like you to swear on this stack of Us Weeklys.” Bristowe and Booth then placed their hands on the stack of tabloids while repeating after Kimmel the following oath: “We, Kaitlyn and Sean B., do solemnly swear that we are in love, that we will get married, or at least be together one year from today. Because, if we’re not, this was a huge waste of everyone’s time. And if we are not sill in a committed relationship on July 27, 2016, we will pay Jimmy Kimmel $ 1,000, which he may collect in a lump sum or over the next 30 years in monthly installments of $ 2.77. Amen.”

Kaitlyn Bristowe and Shawn Booth opened up about their engagement and future plans on the live “Bachelorette” finale special, “After The Final Rose.” Get the full recap here!

As Gossip Cop reported, “The Bachelorette” season finale featured Bristowe accepting Booth’s proposal after rejecting Nick Viall. The after-show began with host Chris Harrison briefly talking to the newly engaged couple. Booth told Harrison Bristowe saying yes was “definitely the best feeling ever.”

Shortly after Bristowe and Booth made their official debut as an engaged couple, Viall was interviewed as the only two-time runner-up in “Bachelorette” history. As Gossip Cop reported at the time, Andi Dorfman accepted Josh Murray’s proposal last year, leading Viall to infamously question on live television why she slept with him in the Fantasy Suite if she was ultimately going to reject him. Now a year later, Viall controversially joined this season of the “Bachelorette” while it was already in progress, with Bristowe allowing him to enter the competition because of a connection they made before filming began.

But Viall was left alone for the second time, and now he told Harrison he was “shocked” when Bristowe rejected him. He noted, however, that when watching the show he saw some signs he hadn’t before. Harrison then asked if it was OK if Booth joined their conversation. Viall said he now understood a little better where Booth was coming from in his dislike for him.

Booth and Viall shook hands when they first saw each other, but Bristowe’s fiance clearly still didn’t like his former competitor. Booth maintained that while he was presented as “jealous” on-air, he really wasn’t. He simply said he and the other guys didn’t like that Viall told them all how he got “real intimate” with Bristowe. For his part, Booth felt “The Bachelorette” shouldn’t have focused on his feud with Viall, but instead “on the love story” with Bristowe.

Next, Bristowe sat with Viall, who asked her, “what were you thinking” when she repeatedly would tell him she loved him. The best explanation she could give was that while she had feelings for Viall, “No love was as strong as the one I had for Shawn.” The two then discussed the proposal rejection, and Bristowe acknowledged that perhaps she could have sent him home earlier, rather than make him profess his love and then dump him on-camera.

Bristowe and Booth came out of the final segment, and when asked what their future held, they didn’t mention getting married or anything like that. Instead, they talked about how relieved they were that they could now go out in public together. Booth added that it was tough to “sit back and not tell people” he was with her or “stick up for her” when she was being trashed.

Like all “Bachelor” and “Bachelorette” season finales, it seems like Bristowe and Booth could be on their way to a real happy ending… for now. TELL US: Do you think Bristowe made the right choice, and do you think she and Booth will last?

Sherri Shepherd is coming back to “The View.” The former co-host for seven seasons has signed on to return as a regular contributor. Shepherd left “The View” last summer after she was unable to reach a new contract deal following protracted negotiations. A favorite of viewers, Shepherd returned to guest host “The View” this past May. She will be among a handful of contributors that include Molly Sims and Stacey London.

Next season, “The View” will return to having five hosts, with Whoopi Goldberg, Raven-Symone and Michelle Collins all locked in. Those women will reportedly be joined by Candace Cameron Bure and Paula Faris.

Since leaving “The View,” Shepherd has been focusing on her acting career. She most recently appeared in the Chris Rock comedy Top Five and on the TV Land sitcom “The Soul Man.” She also recently finished filming a supporting role alongside Ice Cube and Kevin Hart in the comedy sequel Ride Along 2. And she stars in and is the executive producer of “Holy And Hungry,” a new series premiering on The Cooking Channel, starting August 23.

Nicki Minaj and her boyfriend Meek Mill released the video for their song with Chris Brown “All Eyes On You” on Monday. Watch the video below.

In the clip, Minaj and Mill are seen flirting, kissing, and licking each other. Minaj is topless at one point while straddling Mill. The lovey-dovey couple, who began dating in February, also party in the video, as Brown appears at times to sing the song’s hook.

As Gossip Cop reported, the song is featured on Mill’s new album Dreams Worth More Than Money, and the pair, along with Brown, performed it last month at the BET Awards. During the performance, Minaj and Mill were heavily flirting with each other so it’s no surprise the music video similarly features their romance.

The video’s release comes right after Mill slammed Minaj’s friend Drake for supposedly not writing his songs. The rapper went on a Twitter rant last week bashing Drake for having a ghostwriter come up with his part on Mill’s song “R.I.C.O.” Even though Mill later sort of apologized during a concert, Drake released the song “Charged Up” bashing the rapper.

On Sunday, Joe Jackson suffered a stroke on his 87th birthday while in Sao Paulo, Brazil for a party thrown in his honor. However, the stroke forced the Jackson 5 founder to miss his own birthday celebration.

How sad.

It’s said the Jackson patriarch is now at the Albert Einstein Hospital following his health set back. The 87-year-old was placed in the intensive care unit and reportedly also suffered from an irregular heartbeat.

Mere hours before the medical incident, the talent manager’s daughter Janet Jackson took to Twitter to send a sweet message to her father on his special day.

She shared:

Joe has reportedly suffered three strokes in the past. He most recently suffered a mild stroke in 2012 after complaining about pain in his head and difficulty standing.

However, it appears that Michael Jackson‘s father was immensely enjoying his trip to South America prior to his stroke. The controversial celeb even took to the social media site (below) to share his fun times in Brazil.
