Celebrities who are passionate about their craft and who know how to keep their earnings get to fulfill their dreams any time they want. Many have developed the habit of investing in real estate properties in places they want to reside in or enjoy a holiday with their partner or families.
Even the younger generation of stars are now big earners and property owners. Through sheer determination and perseverance, they are able to earn more and buy things they want to own in a shorter period of time compared to the ordinary citizens. But then again, it’s not just pure luck for them because what they have right now is a result of their sweat and tears.
Owning a property at a young age is a huge achievement as many people in their 20’s still live with their parents. Here are some of the popular celebrities who are fortunate to have bought their own homes in their teens and 20’s.
Taylor Swift is one celebrity who continues to reap huge success worldwide. It is no surprise then if she owns several mansions. One is in Rhode Island worth $ 17.75 million and the latest one she bought is in Beverly Hills worth a whopping $ 25 million.
This Beverly Hills mansion used to be owned by the late movie producer, Samuel Goldwyn. With seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, this home is situated on an almost two-acre lot.
Did you know that Nick Jonas bought his first house when he was only 16 years old? Together with his brothers Joe and Kevin, these Disney celebrity siblings bought a mansion outside of Dallas, Texas for $ 3.2 million. The huge house has six bedrooms and six bathrooms.
Canadian sensation Justin Bieber also bought his own mansion at the age of 18. Situated in Calabasas, California, the estate cost $ 6.5 million which has a movie theater, swimming pool, a bar and a library.
Just last year, though, Bieber settled in his new home in Beverly Hills worth $ 35,000 per month to rent. It features six bedrooms and six bathrooms.
At only 17 years of age, Miley Cyrus already bought her own home in Toluca Lake, California. Worth $ 3.4 million, the mansion has four bedrooms, three swimming pools and tennis courts.
In 2015, she again bought a mansion on Hidden Hills worth $ 4 million. Measuring 5,123 square feet, the house has seven bedrooms, six bathrooms, a stable that can accommodate 10 horses, a riding arena, veggie garden, a hen house and vineyard.

Khloe Kardashian says “The People v. O.J. Simpson” is “sensationalizing” her family, but admits that sister Kim Kardashian “loves” it. Watch below.
Kardashian was asked to give her take on the FX series on Tuesday’s “Late Late Show,” given that the FX series depicts her father, Robert Kardashian, who served on Simpson’s defense team. As Gossip Cop has reported, the miniseries also shows Kardashian and her siblings as kids, albeit not in the most flattering light. And though she hasn’t seen all of it herself, Kardashian still had a lot to say on the subject.
“I really appreciate the way they’ve portrayed my father. I’m very grateful for that,” the reality star said. “I haven’t watched it fully. Kimberly has, and she raves about it and loves it. But not all the facts are accurate.”
Noting how Simpson’s suicide attempt was actually in her room and not Kim’s, Kardashian said, “They’re kind of sensationalizing the Kardashian name in it, but I think to bring a younger audience in.” She went on, “I’m not upset about it, but like, there was some scene of us, of the ‘kids,’ chanting ‘Kardashian’ when my dad was reading the potential suicide note. I even called Kim, ’cause I was 10 [at the time], so I said, ‘Did that happen?! I don’t remember any of this happening.’ She goes, ‘Absolutely not did that happen.’”
But Kardashian isn’t feeling sorry for her family. The people she feels badly for are Simpson’s own kids. Check out the video below.

In case you missed it, there has been so much drama surrounding the KUWTK star and the rapper!

It all started when Tyga’s ex Blac Chyna SLAMMED the famous pouter for “stealing” her cooking video idea. After shots were fired, the Rack City artist hit back saying she wasn’t the first one to do it!
While Ky stayed silent, on Tuesday, she may have responded to Chyna’s hate!
The 18-year-old posted the (above) pic of her and her boo, getting affectionate in front of the camera!
This is pretty much the ultimate diss considering the fact that Tyga left his baby momma for Miz Jenner!
While the social media queen didn’t write a caption, the snap speaks for itself!
Now, we’re just waiting for Chyna’s rebuttal!

In case you aren’t familiar, Ky’s grandmother — Mary Jo Campbell — lives in San Diego and runs a store called Shannon & Co Children’s Boutique. She was married to Harry Shannon until his death in 2003.
Why exactly did she get this specific tattoo?!

Abigail Breslin is one lucky gal!
Last year, it was announced the Scream Queens actress would be playing the lead character in ABC‘s remake of Dirty Dancing!
And while we were a bit surprised by the casting choice for Jennifer Grey‘s character Baby, we’re certainly not complaining about who is playing the love interest Johnny!
It’s been reported that Colt Prattes will be playing Breslin’s love interest — a role originally portrayed by Patrick Swayze — in the three-hour TV adaptation!

This will be the first big role for the singer/dancer/actor, who was recently featured in the music video for Pink‘s Try.

In the early hours on Tuesday morning, the Work singer attempted to keep a low profile as she left the Libertine night club in London where she was partying up a storm with Drake, Kendall Jenner, and Leon Anderson.

Apparently, Rihanna didn’t even leave the party until 5:30 a.m. Whoa!
Of course, this night out on the town comes a mere week after she had to pull out of the Grammys due to health reasons. While normally we wouldn’t be so hard on a pop star just trying to have a good time, RiRi ALSO recently postponed the start of her ANTI world tour.
Yikes! Not to mention, the 28-year-old is slated to perform at the BRIT Awards on Wednesday — so shouldn’t she be resting her voice??
It’s said that the hitmaker’s night out with her former squeeze was due to the fact that the recent collaborators were hosting a private shindig at the hotspot. Hmm, very inneresting!
Here’s hoping the A-lister will be ready to take the stage this week with no major hiccups. Fingers crossed!

The world would most definitely be a happier place if all families who had the desire to adopt could. Unfortunately, the process is pretty complicated. The paperwork takes months, and often enough the adoptions fall through even when a family has spent thousands of dollars to bring home the baby or child that they have already grown to love.
As sad as it is that many adoptions fall through, and as much as the process needs to be adjusted, there are many people who have success adopting. It might take money, time, and other resources, but the assurance of knowing that a child is going to go to a good home, or the joy that comes in bringing home a child is worth the sometimes grueling steps.
As much as adoption takes resources, as mentioned, the people who often have success are people of celebrity status. Who knows if it’s because of their money, connections, or good track records, but the list of celebrities who have adopted is a pretty decently long one.
It’s nice to know that children who were born into trying circumstances can have lives up to the standards of celebrities. Here are some celebrity couples who have brought a child that wasn’t theirs into their home through adoption:
Denise Richards was married to actor Charlie Sheen for several years and had two children with him. The couple split in 2006 with less than pleasant circumstances. After the divorce, Richards decided to adopt a third child from the U.S. in 2011. The adoption process, even for somebody of celebrity status took 2 years. It’s a wonder why the process takes so long, but at least the child will know what it is like to live well. Richards is raising her children as a single mother, so more power to her.
A more well-known name is next on the list. Hugh Jackman and his wife Deborah tried to have children on their own but Deborah had 2 miscarriages and the couple decided to adopt instead. The children’s names are Oscar Maximillian and Ava Eliot. Jackman says that the process was painstakingly slow for he and his wife as Australia has an anti-adoption culture about it. Again, a shame that adoption has to be so difficult to follow through.
Adoption is a beautiful thing that shouldn’t have the kind of difficulties it seems to have all over the world. It’s a wonder why it’s so easy to end a pregnancy, yet the process of giving a child a home is tedious, expensive, and nearly impossible for many.
In any case, there are a lot of unknowns about the process of adoption, both on the birth mother side and adopter side. Just because it’s complicated doesn’t negate the fact that there are many children out there that deserve a loving home.

That same day, Billboard reported that her single with Drake topped its Hot 100 list, meaning she officially has more number one hits than Michael Jackson!

Naturally, RiRi couldn’t contain her happiness, and took to Instagram to react to the amazing news!
