As expected, Amber Heard refused to testify under oath about the abuse/assault charges she claimed Johnny Depp was responsible for in their short relationship.

Sources have confirmed that the domestic assault charges against Johnny have been dismissed, and the divorce settlement has been taken care of at about $ 8 million out of Johnny’s pocket. Much less than the $ 50 million Amber was said to be expecting. Friends of Depp said this just proves that Amber was full of shit and would not go under oath with her claims, because she was nervous that the truth may come out at some point, and that would get her in trouble if she lied under oath.

Amber and Johnny released a joint statement: “Our relationship was intensely passionate and at times volatile, but always bound by love for one another.” they also said: “Neither party has made false accusations for financial gains.” This was said to have been added to help protect Amber from further prosecution of Depp fans/friends, and was a requirement of the “deal”.

Amber’s attorneys released the following statement as well: “Amber wishes the best for Johnny in the future. Amber will be donating financial proceeds from the divorce to a charity.” Though the percentage amount that will be given was not mentioned.

Sources report that Johnny has told close friend Nicolas Cage that he is glad that “crazy bitch” is finally out of his life, and that he can now move forward… He continues “I am just ready to get back to work… I could not focus with all the mess that was going on, I am good now though for sure.”

If you have not heard yet, the rumors are true that Robert Griffin III better known as the ex Washington QB RG3, has in fact filed for divorce from his wife and high school sweetheart Rebecca Liddicoat.

ShowbizSpy reached out to the wife and she is telling us: “He is lying, I was totally blindsided by the infidelity and divorce. I thought things where fine with our family, hell we just bought a house in April.” As we had reported earlier and no one believed us, Robert has been “seeing” Grete even before they purchased the new home.

Grete Sadeiko who is a student and track & field athlete is saying the couple have known each other for the last year, but only just recently started getting serious. We call bullshit again on that statement as our spies told us long ago about this affair.

Robert has provided other statements, telling TMZ: “Our relationship has been over for years, we have just been going through the motions, you know what I mean.”

Rebecca is not going to lay down on this one, and has already told reporters that: “The entire situation is just so incredibly overwhelming and I am going to start leaving all decisions and comments up to my attorneys now.”

Looks like the divorce will end up costing RG3 most of his new contract money from the Cleveland Browns. Though social media thinks that is the way it should be for a man who is now know as a “cheater”.

Robert’s attorney have now told him not to discus any details with the relationship, in an attempt to protect his assets.

Holy crap, TMZ has just confirmed that Angelina Jolie has filed for divorce from actor Brad Pitt over the kids, his substance abuse and anger management problem!

TMZ sources say, Angelina became “fed up” with Brad’s consumption of weed and possibly alcohol, and mixed with what she believes is “an anger problem” … felt it became dangerous for the children.

There was no alleged “third person” … her decision to file was solely over Brad’s interaction with their children..

Jolie, who’s being repped by disso queen Laura Wasser, is not asking for spousal support.

Jolie lists the date of separation as Sept. 15, 2016.

They married in August 2014. They’ve been together since 2004.

Looks like our spies were right again, after we had heard and reported there had been problems in the relationship. Holy crap, We just could not believe it!

As Donald Trump‘s immigration ban begins to be fully felt around the United States and the world, we are learning more about it — and everything that is coming up is truly horrifying.

According to the Wall Street Journal, it’s not enough for Trump to ban citizens from seven countries in the Middle East in and of itself; he’s also ordered his government to ban dual citizens who are from any of those countries.

So, if a person had dual Iraqi and British (or Canadian, or anything else!) citizenship, and had lived in Britain all their lives, they too would be banned from entering America under Trump’s executive orders.

That is incredibly over-reaching, shameful, and despicable. The ban is truly causing chaos all over the world, and experts all along are saying it’s likely illegal, but that hasn’t stopped Donald Trump.nTruly a sad day for America.

Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux are NOT “headed for divorce,” despite yet another false tabloid story. Gossip Cop can exclusively debunk the report.

“Jen & Justin Headed For Divorce” is the headline in the current issue of Life & Style. This time around, the article is primarily based on the couple’s “miserable weekend together,” which supposedly included a horrible time at Orlando Bloom’s recent birthday party. A so-called “insider” is quoted as saying, “Justin was animated and chatting with everybody. The moment Jen was there, Justin would just go quiet.”

“He got very somber,” continues the supposed source. “He wasn’t having fun at all when he was with her. It was supposed to be a special weekend, but she was ruining it for him.” Now the stars allegedly hit a “breaking point.” Says the outlet’s snitch, “Jen and Justin were fighting all weekend about how controlling she is. They do everything to keep up appearances, but he knows things have been bad for too long.”

And so, it’s asserted, “the duo are headed for divorce.” Life & Style, which has a terrible track record when it comes to reporting on the couple, also makes reference to its previously busted claims about the actor’s relationships with Amy Sedaris and Heidi Bivens being contributing factors in Theroux and Aniston divorcing. Of course, in its last cover story on the subject, published in December, the tabloid even contended, “There will be a divorce announcement by the end of the year.”

Yeah, we see how that happened. Look: Most Hollywood couples do eventually split, and that’s what the tabloid is banking on. But for now, the magazine remains completely wrong about the state of Aniston and Theroux’s marriage, and wrong about what went down at Bloom’s birthday party. In fact, reps for the couple exclusively tell Gossip Cop the allegations here are both “false” and “ridiculous.”

As we previously reported, Angelina Jolie has filed for divorce from actor Brad Pitt on the grounds of drug abuse (marijuana) and anger management issues.

In the divorce documents, Angelina Jolie is requesting full custody of their 6 kids and only offering visitation rights to Brad.

Brad Pitt has gone on record with the media saying: “That will not be allowed, I do not want to hurt the children. However, I will not accept just visitation rights, not in a million years.” Angelina though is claiming that due to Brad’s drug use and anger control, she does not feel that the children will be safe with Pitt.

Insiders of the couple have said that Brad has not one single time put the children in any danger.

There is also rumors of Brad cheating on Angelina with his “Allied’’ co-star Marion Cotillard, 40, for months during the pair’s filming of the World War II drama in London. This came to light after it was said that Angelina hired a privet eye to follow her husband, after she had her suspicions of infidelity. We are still looking into these claims.

This is all kind of ironic, considering Angelina hooked up with Brad while he was with well known to be with Jennifer Aniston.

This Hollywood divorce is set to get very nasty!

Mischa Barton says she was drugged with the so-called “date rape drug” GHB, leading to her hospitalization. See statement below.

As Gossip Cop reported, Barton was hospitalized for a psychiatric evaluation on Thursday after exhibiting erratic behavior. Though it was concerned friends and neighbors who sought emergency intervention, the actress agreed to go to the hospital voluntarily. She was released on Friday, and has now issued a statement asserting she was drugged while celebrating her birthday the night before the hospitalization.

Barton tells People:

“On the evening of the 25th, I went out with a group of friends to celebrate my birthday. While having drinks, I realized that something was not right as my behavior was becoming erratic and continued to intensify over the next several hours.

I voluntarily went to get professional help, and I was informed by their staff that I had been given GHB. After an overnight stay, I am home and doing well. I would like to extend a big thanks of gratitude to the professionals at Cedars Sinai for their great care and professionalism. This is a lesson to all young women out there, be aware of your surroundings.”

Barton did not indicate if she knows who may have slipped her the drug. “The O.C.” star, who competed on “Dancing with the Stars” last year, was previously hospitalized on an involuntary psychiatric hold in 2009. Discussing the ordeal in 2013, she admitted to having a “full-on breakdown.”

As Gossip Cop also reported, around the time the news of the actress’ new hospitalization broke, a tweet was sent on her Twitter account thanking fans for birthday wishes, but it was deleted shortly after. Barton turned 31 on Wednesday. Reps have not responded to requests for comment.

In the Ponzi scheme of perhaps the century, Bacon and Sedgwick lost millions of their hard earned savings to former stockbroker and con artist Bernie Madoff. In an interview with GQ, Bacon explains that the news was hard but that he and Sedgwick knew that everything would be alright.

Kim Basinger

Back in 1993, Basinger was riding high with a successful career and becoming one of the most sought after actresses in Hollywood. In Hollywood though, they take contracts and acting commitments seriously and when Basinger backed out of the film Boxing Helena, the studio was so upset that they sued. Main Line Pictures sued the actress, and after boxing it out in court over the span of years, Basinger eventually settled but the lawsuit came at a price. Basinger was forced to file bankruptcy.

Just because you are a celebrity, doesn’t mean that fortune is certain and that you have the money savvy to make smart investment moves like investing in managed futures and bonds. These celebs all learned the hard way that making a mistake like falling in love with the wrong person, signing a bad record contract, trusting your money with a con artist, or backing out of a film, can have the potential for financial ruin.
