Kourtney Kardashian, Scott Disick And Sofia Richie Having Threesomes?

Are Kourtney Kardashian, Scott Disick and Sofia Richie having threesomes? That’s the outrageous claim published in one of the tabloids. Gossip Cop can exclusively correct this absurd story. We’re assured it’s 100 percent untrue.

After noting how Kardashian, Disick, and Richie had dinner together twice this month, NW alleges it gets even crazier when there are no cameras. The magazine contends the three have been having “secret sexy trysts.” In an effort to lend credence to its phony premise, the tabloid quotes a supposed “insider” as saying, “[Kardashian] loves trying out new things, and Sofia’s willing to do anything Scott wants to keep him turned on.”

googletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display(‘div-gpt-ad-1526939461036-0’); });

The purported tipster adds the trio are “having a blast together,” particularly Disick, who’s been able to “act like a Roman emperor.” But the so-called “source” warns it could “end in tears and jealousy eventually, especially if one or God forbid both of them wind up pregnant.”

To the outlet’s credit, it acknowledges that when Disick proposed a threesome during a 2011 episode of “Kourtney & Kim Take New York,” Kardashian called him “nasty.” However, the tabloid uses that fact to speculate “Kourt may have had a change of heart, just like she’s had with Sofia.” The alleged “insider” reasons, “Kourtney was totally against Sofia to begin with… but recently, she’s become much more relaxed” about Disick and his much younger girlfriend. “As crazy as it may sound, this arrangement seems to work for everyone,” asserts the anonymous and possibly fictitious “source” without any proof.

While the tabloid alleges there are currently “no strings attached,” it still feels it could end up being disastrous for Richie. “Sofia is putting up with it because the last thing she wants is to lose Scott, but her biggest fear is that he’ll leave her behind if he gets the slightest chance to win Kourtney back.” “What started out as some harmless fun could easily end up with someone getting hurt,” concludes the unnamed, untraceable and seemingly made-up “insider.”

Allow Gossip Cop to right away note the entire article is a fabrication. Kardashian, Disick, and Richie are not having threesomes. A Richie source, for example, confirms to us it’s untrue and actually laughed when hearing about the tabloid’s story.

It bears mentioning that while the outlet asserts friends are “convinced this is what’s happening,” the publication actually doesn’t have any specifics about where or when these three-ways have allegedly taken place. Also, even though Disick, Richie and Kardashian had dinner together for the first time ever at Nobu in Malibu on November 4, People made a point of reporting, “Kardashian departed the L.A. hotspot in a separate vehicle.” The meal, which was dubbed “tense,” was for Kardashian to get to know Richie, since the model has been spending more time with her and Disick’s three kids.

The trio had dinner again on November 16, but it appears to have been unplanned. After separately attending the opening of an art exhibition, Disick and Richie were joined by Kardashian, her sister Kim and a few other friends for dinner at the L.A. hotspot Craig’s. In its account of that night out, E! similarly related how they went off on their own following the shared meal.

Lastly, NW has not had a stellar record when reporting about Kardashian. Just a couple of months ago, Gossip Cop busted the publication when it falsely maintained Kardashian was heading to rehab because she was “going off the rails” following her breakup with Younes Bendjima. Much like how that article was untrue, the latest tall tale is three times as wrong.

Bradley Cooper, Irina Shayk Relationship In Trouble After Model’s Spotted Without Ring?

Bradley Cooper Irina Shayk Ring

(Getty Images)

Is Bradley Cooper’s relationship with Irina Shayk in trouble because she was recently spotted walking a red carpet without an emerald ring she often wears? That’s the premise behind a new tabloid report. While a magazine is trying to stir up controversy, Cooper and Shayk appear to remain happy together.

According to Life & Style, the couple’s “wedding’s off.” What’s its proof? The outlet points out Shayk did not have on her emerald ring when she walked the red carpet before Germany’s GQ “Men Of The Year” awards in Berlin on November 8.

googletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display(‘div-gpt-ad-1526939461036-0’); });

The publication then trots out a so-called “source close to the couple” who asserts, “There have been a lot of whispers about Bradley and Irina’s relationship ever since A Star Is Born came out.” The same supposed “source close to the couple” further contends, without adding any particular insight, “The fact that Irina ditched her ring at the event raised a lot of eyebrows.”

It bears mentioning that if the magazine truly had a “source close to the couple,” he or she would have details about when the alleged wedding was slated for before being called “off.” That individual would also have inside knowledge about their relationship, and not have to vaguely remark about how “there have been a lot of whispers” or how her temporarily ringless hand “raised a lot of eyebrows.” Those type of meaningless comments seem to sometimes perhaps come from tabloid writers looking for an angle, where none exists.

To muddy the waters even more, the outlet notes how ever since Cooper and Lady Gaga worked on A Star Is Born, there have been “rumors of romance” between the two stars. What the tabloid neglects to acknowledge is that those “rumors” were stoked by none other than Life & Style, which published a cover story three weeks ago that untruthfully maintained Cooper and Lady Gaga “fell for each other” while filming A Star Is Born. It’s also the same magazine Gossip Cop busted more that two years ago when it first falsely floated that Cooper and Shayk were going to split over Lady Gaga because the model couldn’t handle him working with the singer.

Since those who work with Cooper and Shayk are extremely tight-lipped about their romance, sometimes one has to turn to their own interactions with one another for a little guidance. Just days after Life & Style printed its story, Cooper and Shayk were spotted having a fun beach day with their daughter Lea in Santa Monica. And hours before that, Cooper and a ringless Shayk were all smiles after sharing a Russian Mother’s Day lunch with his Hangover co-star Zach Galifianakis.

Additionally, there have been numerous other times in which the two appeared in love and the model wasn’t sporting that emerald ring, including when Cooper and Shayk were photographed kissing in Paris while strolling with their daughter a few months ago. If the tabloid’s article doesn’t seem to ring true, it’s because it isn’t. Gossip Cop has reached out to reps for comments.

Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani Having Baby To Save Romance?

Blake Shelton Gwen Stefani Baby

(Getty Images)

Are Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani having a baby to “save” their romance? That’s what one of this week’s tabloids is claiming. Gossip Cop, however, can exclusively shoot down the false and flawed report.

According to the National Enquirer, “A baby is bringing battling lovebirds Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton back together.” The supermarket tabloid, which has published several provably untrue stories about the couple, then quotes a so-called “source close to the musical duo” as alleging, “Gwen is committed to having a child and Blake has no intention of letting her be a single mom.” The same either completely misinformed or possible made-up “source” further maintains, “They’ve had their share of conflicts, but Blake… knows how badly she wanted a child… He wasn’t about to let her go it alone.”

googletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display(‘div-gpt-ad-1526939461036-0’); });

Seemingly operating in a totally different universe, the magazine goes on to claim without any proof whatsoever that Blake had “recently walked out” on their relationship. And after somewhat deceptively pointing out how “the couple has not been pictured in public since July 30,” the tabloid asserts they seemed “very tense” at the People’s Choice Awards on November 11, and only interacted “when the cameras were on them.” But now that Stefani is exploring various avenues for having a baby, contends the outlet, Shelton has “come running back to her side.”

The article’s entire premise, however, is a giant fib. Stefani and Shelton were never “battling,” nor have they “had their share of conflicts.” The country singer also never “walked out” on Stefani. Tellingly, the often discredited magazine doesn’t offer one single example of something they’ve fought over. The reality is their relationship has, by all accounts, been rock solid and loving for the past three years.

And while the tabloid carefully parses words about how they haven’t been “pictured in public since July 30,” the truth is they spend virtually all their free time together and sometimes share those private moments on social media. Just a week before the People’s Choice Awards, for instance, Shelton posted a photo on Instagram of him and Stefani chilling by a fire pit on his ranch in Oklahoma. On the topic of the PCAs, the magazine is simply regurgitating a false narrative its sister publication, Life & Style, tried to push about Shelton and Stefani’s relationship being in trouble and them only faking it for the cameras.

What would their motivation be for pretending? And if they truly were unhappy together, why would Stefani have attended the awards show when she could have easily stayed home? Also, if their relationship were so bad, why would Shelton have kissed her after he won an award and then publicly proclaim before millions of viewers, “I love her,” during his acceptance speech?

As opposed to the magazine’s phony assertion, Shelton never had to “come running back to her side.” He’s been by Stefani since November 2015. Unlike the tabloid, which relies on falsehoods uttered by an unnamed and seemingly fabricated “source,” a rep for Stefani has repeatedly told Gossip Cop their relationship is perfectly intact.

Curiously, the frequently disproven publication doesn’t mention in its current article some of the related stories it got dead wrong in the past year. For instance, just one month ago, Gossip Cop busted the outlet when it falsely swore up and down in a cover story that Stefani and Shelton had split up. In that work of fiction, the tabloid similarly maintained the alleged breakup took place after “constant fighting and two months apart.” But as noted above, they’re often together, as witnessed in a video Stefani shared on Instagram in which Shelton serenaded her on her tour bus. The No Doubt singer captioned that footage, “I’m so grateful.”

Also glaringly omitted in the new article is the magazine’s story from earlier this year that falsely contended Stefani suffered a miscarriage with Shelton’s baby. At the time, Stefani’s spokesperson exclusively told Gossip Cop that the Enquirer disgustingly “made up” the claim. Regardless of whether they ultimately have a baby or not, their romance does not need saving. We have reached out for official comments about the latest tall tale.

Sofia Richie Feeling “Trapped” By Scott Disick?

Sofia Richie Scott Disick

(Getty Images)

Sofia Richie never felt “trapped” by Scott Disick, despite a report from exactly one year ago today. Gossip Cop was told 12 months ago that it wasn’t true, and it remains wrong to this day since they’re still together.

On November 26, 2017, OK! maintained Richie was feeling “trapped” by her then relatively new boyfriend, and was even “wary” of Disick. The tabloid claimed the model was only dating him because she was “rebelling” against her dad, Lionel, and her older sister, Nicole. It was also asserted Richie stayed in the relationship because she didn’t want to admit back then that it “was a mistake to get involved” with Disick in the first place.

googletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display(‘div-gpt-ad-1526939461036-0’); });

The magazine went so far as to further allege Richie was “freaking out” because Disick was “putting pressure on her to get engaged” after just two months of dating. At the time of the report, a mutual acquaintance of Gossip Cop and Richie told us it was “not true.” Now 365 days later, it’s apparent Richie was not “trapped” in her relationship with Disick, otherwise she would have “kick[ed] him to the curb,” which the tabloid claimed the model was thinking about back then. On the contrary, Richie has continued dating Disick and seemingly happily so.

In the intervening year since that article was published, OK! hasn’t gotten much better with its reporting about the couple. Just three months ago, for example, the same publication falsely contended Richie and Disick were “on the rocks” and splitting up. Far from going their separate ways, they looked perfectly at home a little more than a week ago in a photo Disick posted on Instagram of him and Richie hanging out on their couch.

In fact, the couple is so secure and at ease these days, the night before that picture was taken, Richie had dinner with Disick and Kourtney Kardashian, the mother of his three kids. And it wasn’t even the first time this month. During a November 4 dinner Kardashian had with Richie and Disick at Nobu in Malibu, she wanted to get better acquainted with the model, who has become serious with her ex and been spending more time with her children.

Additionally, Gossip Cop busted the magazine last week for absurdly alleging Disick was secretly romancing Khloe Kardashian, an “affair” it maintained would be a “shock” to his girlfriend. Naturally, the outlet didn’t explain in that highly inaccurate article how it went from claiming a year ago Richie was “freaking out” that Disick wanted to get engaged to him supposedly “hooking up for months” with Khloe. Clearly, the tabloid publishes whatever it wants about Richie and Disick and doesn’t feel terribly “trapped” by the truth.

Brad Pitt NOT Dishing About Angelina Jolie On Jada Pinkett Smith Podcast, Despite Reports

(Getty Images)

Brad Pitt is not going to dish about Angelina Jolie on Jada Pinkett Smith’s Facebook podcast, “Red Table Talk,” or anywhere else for that matter, despite a bogus report that was picked up by a few untrustworthy sites. Gossip Cop can exclusively shoot down this phony claim. We’re exclusively told will “never” happen.

The fictitious premise was first floated by another podcast called “Straight Shuter” that’s being promoted by the same company that owns such equally unreliable outlets as the National Enquirer, Globe, Star, and RadarOnline. According to the podcast’s host, Rob Shuter, “Brad Pitt is in talks to do a big, big, big sit-down interview… The first one he’s done since the divorce, since the breakup with Angelina Jolie.” After maintaining how “everyone wants to get Brad’s side of the story,” the host rattles off what listeners would like Pitt discuss with Smith, including “what happened on that plane; what went down with Angelina Jolie; why did you two breakup?”

googletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display(‘div-gpt-ad-1526939461036-0’); });

The host then asserts that “now it looks like [Pitt’s] finally going to tell his side of the story, not to Oprah, not to Robin Roberts, not to Jimmy Fallon,” but to Smith on her Facebook show. “Jada is becoming the new Oprah Winfrey,” adds the host. Shuter further contends Pitt “wants to” dish about Jolie to Smith because she’s “someone that he trusts. Somebody that understands him. Somebody that’s [also] a star.”

To put this in a perspective a little more before revealing what Pitt’s camp now exclusively shares with Gossip Cop, it bears mentioning the host of the podcast previously claimed rather absurdly that Pitt was “in love” with Neri Oxman and “going back to school to impress her.” Of course, as Gossip Cop was among the first to note, Pitt was never in a romantic relationship with the MIT professor. At the time of that report, his rep called the story a fabrication.

Shuter also falsely alleged three months ago that Pitt turned down Leonardo DiCaprio’s invitation to join his group of party friends. In that off-base article, it was stated DiCaprio bonded so well with his Once Upon A Time In Hollywood co-star, he “made Brad an offer most men could not refuse – come join the [expletive] patrol.” As widely known to everyone, except perhaps to that podcast host, DiCaprio’s ladies-loving group wasn’t called the “[expletive] patrol,” but rather the “[expletive] posse.” Regardless, Pitt’s spokesperson also called that tale a fabrication.

That brings us to the latest story about Pitt looking to do an interview about Jolie on Smith’s Facebook podcast, a claim the repeatedly discredited blog, Celebrity Insider, picked up without even bothering to fact-check. Perhaps hinting to how Pitt has not badmouthed his estranged wife in the more than two years since their split, the actor’s rep tells Gossip Cop the premise about him suddenly wanting to air their dirty laundry “makes no sense.” And it makes less sense, considering Pitt and Jolie are close to settling their custody battle before it goes to trial in early December. “He will never dish on her in public and certainly not on a podcast,” Pitt’s spokesman exclusively reiterates to Gossip Cop.

Gwen Stefani, Blake Shelton Got Married In Reno?

Blake Shelton Gwen Stefani Married

(Getty Images)

Did Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton get married in Reno, Nevada? That’s what one of this week’s magazines is reporting. Gossip Cop, however, looked into the story and cannot find anything to substantiate the claim that they had a secret wedding.

According to The Globe, Shelton “gave in” to Stefani and recently eloped. The supermarket tabloid maintains in late October Shelton “whisked” his longtime girlfriend to Reno, where they allegedly “snatched up a marriage license and got hitched by a preacher in the privacy of their hotel room.” To lend credence to its story, the outlet has an unnamed and untraceable “source” contend, “It was the way they wanted it, a marriage ceremony for just the two of them.”

googletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display(‘div-gpt-ad-1526939461036-0’); });

The publication claims Stefani and the twice-divorced Shelton only tied the knot because the No Doubt singer was “really adamant” that they wed. The magazine’s supposed “insider” is then quoted as saying in bizarrely unnatural language, “Blake was scared of a lot of things, but mainly being a three-time loser in marriage.” And when Stefani allegedly told him, “It’s now or never, baby,” asserts the anonymous and possibly made-up “source,” Shelton realized he “might lose Gwen if he kept treading water, and that scared him more than the thought of getting married for the third time.”

Toward the end of its highly suspect article, the tabloid adds how Shelton and Stefani have “slowly broken their nuptial news to friends and family.” The first person told, alleges “pals,” was her ex-husband, Gavin Rossdale. Someone identified only as an “industry confidant” asserts he “took it in stride.”

Now allow Gossip Cop to point out why this story is, at best, questionable and almost assuredly fabricated. Glaringly, the tabloid does not mention on what date Shelton and Stefani supposedly got married, opting instead to vaguely note “late October.” Nor does the outlet offer the name of the hotel where they purportedly exchanged vows. And one must wonder why, of all the publications out there, including far more respected ones, that the Globe is the only one to have learned Stefani and Shelton wed in secret.

Also, as touched on earlier, the story’s quotations, such as Shelton worrying about “being a three-time loser in marriage,” sound incredibly fake. Gossip Cop reached out to the two singers’ reps, but have yet to hear back because of the holiday weekend. In the recent past, we’ve been assured other claims about them have gotten secretly married in California or Oklahoma were untrue.

Gossip Cop also spent a lot of time trying to find a marriage license in Reno for the couple, but tellingly nothing came up. Irrespective of all of that, while the magazine seemingly omitted lots of details on purpose, one of the few things it stated as fact was that Shelton and Stefani “got hitched by a preacher in the privacy of their hotel room… just the two of them.” That was a mistake, because one of the requirements when getting married in Reno, according to the marriage section on the Washoe County website, is that “one witness must be present,” so it’s impossible for it to have been “just the two of them.”

This isn’t the first time Gossip Cop has caught the supermarket tabloid in a lie. Just a few months ago, we busted the publication when it claimed Stefani was worried about Shelton being too unhealthy. At the time, her rep exclusively told us the magazine’s report was “untrue.” It appears the latest article is equally unwedded to the truth.

Miley Cyrus Wanted To Get Pregnant Last Year?

Miley Cyrus Pregnant

(Getty Images)

Miley Cyrus did not want to get pregnant last year, despite a report from 365 days ago that untruthfully claimed she was looking to have a baby with Liam Hemsworth then. At the time, Gossip Cop corrected the falsehood. And it’s clear 12 months later the site that made up the story was once again wrong.

On November 24, 2017, HollywoodLife manufactured yet another phony article in which it maintained Cyrus wanted to have a baby as soon as possible. The blog, which is sometimes called HollywoodLies, asserted Cyrus was “ready” last year to get pregnant and “start a family” with Hemsworth. Not surprisingly, the often discredited website offered no proof whatsoever and simply hid behind alleged quotes from an anonymous and perhaps fabricated “source.”

googletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display(‘div-gpt-ad-1526939461036-0’); });

Here’s what really happened: On Thanksgiving Day 2017, after the singer posted a photo of herself on Instagram, HollywoodLies questioned whether Cyrus had a “baby bump” and was doing a gender reveal as well because there was a blue object in the picture. Following HollywoodLies’ wholly fictitious story about her being possibly pregnant, Cyrus herself slammed the speculation by tweeting, “RUDE!!! Not pregnant just eating a [expletive] ton of tofurkey.” Then, in a move that boggles the mind, the same site pretended it had nothing to do with any of the chatter and posted yet another article a year ago today, with a supposed “source” contending the baby rumors “drove [Cyrus] crazy” and she “didn’t really appreciate… people thinking she was pregnant.”

Seemingly unable to help itself from lying, the blog’s so-called “source” went on to allege how Cyrus “wants to be married” and have kids right away. It added that if Hemsworth and Cyrus were “looking for the perfect time to start a family, it would be now.” As Gossip Cop noted exactly a year ago today, however, the two were in no rush to wed or have babies, and HollywoodLies was just concocting more angles to distance itself from its previous claims.

Regardless, it was all untrue as we rightly reported a year ago, and it remains false to this day that Cyrus was looking to get “pregnant ASAP” with Hemsworth’s baby. To be perfectly forthright, contrary to HollywoodLies’ assertion that it has a “source” close to Cyrus feeding the website information, the reality is her inner circle is generally tight-lipped about her personal life. As a result, one often has to take the singer at her own word on those rare occasions when she discusses certain topics. In May 2017, Cyrus talked with the radio station 104.3 NYfm about starting a family with Hemsworth and revealed, “I love pigs more than kids, to be honest.”

It also bears mentioning that HollywoodLies makes up a lot of tales about Cyrus that contradict each other and are just plain wrong. It’s interesting the blog said in its story from a year ago today that she “wants to get married,” because in 2016 the outlet swore up and down Cyrus and Hemsworth were “already married.” And then just two months ago, the site reversed its course to declare Cyrus and Hemsworth may never get married.

As Gossip Cop has repeatedly stated, time is not the friend of outlets that manufacture fake stories. Cyrus did not have a baby bump a year ago, nor did she tell anyone she wanted to get married or pregnant then. No one is infallible, but when visitors come back to our busts a year later, there’s no question that because we fact-check every claim we are by far more accurate than any other entertainment news site.

Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani Relationship In Trouble?

Blake Shelton Gwen Stefani

(Getty Images)

Is Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani’s relationship in trouble? That’s the claim one of this week’s tabloids would like its readers to believe. But it’s untrue. Gossip Cop can debunk this false narrative.

According to Life & Style, even though Shelton declared “I love her” about Stefani while accepting an award in front of millions of viewers of the People’s Choice Awards on November 11, “when the cameras weren’t around, it was another story.” And in an attempt to prove its made-up premise, the outlet quotes a so-called “eyewitness” as saying, “Normally, this couple would be all over each other, flirting, laughing, but not this time.” Wait, how would a one-time “eyewitness” at an event be qualified to comment about how Stefani and Shelton “normally” exhibit their affection?

googletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display(‘div-gpt-ad-1526939461036-0’); });

But it becomes even more obvious the tabloid fabricated its article in the next couple of sentences. The magazine has its seemingly manufactured “eyewitness” say in unnaturally expository language, “Even though they sat together at the same table, they had Carson [Daly] sit in between them. The only times Gwen, 49, and Blake, 42, interacted at all was when the camera was on them.” What real person would, in the course of normal speech, mention people’s ages? And what are the chances a random “eyewitness” would know how old each singer is?

Additionally, why would Daly sitting “in between them” be some sort of smoking gun that there’s “trouble in paradise”? Logically, if Shelton and Stefani were only concerned about appearances, they would have sat right next to each other. Equally odd is the magazine’s “eyewitness” noting that after Shelton won the Country Artist of 2018 award, he gave Stefani a kiss because “he knew the cameras were on him,” and that Daly also gave him a smooch because “he was acting as some kind of mediator.” Huh?

In the real world, however, Shelton said “I love her” and kissed Stefani at the PCAs because their relationship is real and rock solid. On Thursday, Shelton and Stefani once again celebrated Thanksgiving together at his ranch in Tishomingo, Oklahoma, where they ate Flamin’ Hot Cheeto-crusted turkey. There were no TV cameras there, just two people who had their families celebrate the holiday together because they love one another. Gossip Cop will take the words and actions of Shelton and Stefani over an unnamed “eyewitness” whose remarks come off as contrived and fake.

The only verifiable “trouble” is the tabloid’s accuracy when it comes reporting about the happily involved couple. Exactly one year ago today, Gossip Cop busted the magazine when it maintained Stefani had a “baby bump” while pictured with Shelton last Thanksgiving. That was clearly untrue.

Also completely wrong was a Life & Style cover story last year that falsely asserted Stefani married Shelton in a secret wedding. Naturally, the publication doesn’t reconcile how just three months ago it contended Stefani is going to marry Shelton and be a “pregnant bride” with its previous claims of them having already wed, or the current one about there being “trouble in paradise.” Despite the tabloid’s terrible track record and the inaccurate and almost assuredly fabricated “eyewitness” quotes, Gossip Cop still checked in with Shelton and Stefani sources, who dismissed the outlet’s latest article as entirely off-base.

Jennifer Lopez, Alex Rodriguez Went Engagement Ring Shopping?

Jennifer Lopez Ring Alex Rodriguez

(Getty Images)

Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez went engagement ring shopping earlier this month, according to one of this week’s tabloids. But Gossip Cop has learned the claim is inaccurate. A Lopez confidante tells us it’s “not true.”

Life & Style, which has published an embarrassing number of provably untrue stories about Rodriguez and Lopez, now maintains the former baseball player took the singer to Cartier in Miami on November 2 to help find the right engagement ring. A so-called “source” is quoted by the magazine as saying Lopez joined Rodriguez at the high-end jewelry store because “he’s terrified of picking out the wrong ring.” The same unidentified tipster asserts Lopez is “incredibly picky” when it comes to her bling, most especially her “engagement rings,” which have to be “flawless.”

googletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display(‘div-gpt-ad-1526939461036-0’); });

And that’s pretty much the extent of the article’s reporting. It fills the rest of its piece out with how Lopez has been engaged a handful of times, and that she released a song in April titled “El Anillo,” which means “The Ring.” Glaringly, however, the tabloid has no proof whatsoever that Rodriguez recently bought her an engagement ring.

While the publication put price tags (albeit wrong) on rings Ben Affleck and Marc Anthony gave the singer, it doesn’t offer any details about how much or the cut of the diamond Rodriguez allegedly chose for a “picky” Lopez. Simply, it’s because they didn’t go engagement ring shopping that day at Cartier. A source close to Lopez assures us on the condition of anonymity that the magazine’s story is “not true.”

As noted above, that hardly surprises Gossip Cop, which has repeatedly exposed the tabloid for printing falsehoods about the couple. In March 2017, for example, we busted the outlet for its cover story that exclaimed, “J. Lo & A-Rod: Wedding & A Baby!” In that obviously wrong report, the outlet contended its supposed “source” had learned they were going to “be married by the summer [of 2017]” on a beach in Cuba and “adopt [a baby] from Puerto Rico, where she has family, or the Dominican Republic, where Alex’s family is from.”

Two months after that disastrous article, Gossip Cop corrected the magazine after it splashed on yet another cover how Lopez was pregnant with Rodriguez’s baby boy. In that misfire, another one of the tabloid’s alleged sources claimed shortly after Lopez found out she was expecting a “miracle baby,” she began designing a baseball-themed nursery. The seemingly made-up insider noted Lopez decided “their wedding can wait,” and while she was “not showing yet,” she was “super excited about having [Rodriguez’s] son.”

This past April, Gossip Cop nailed the outlet again when it incorrectly asserted on another cover that Lopez was pregnant and expecting twins with Rodriguez. Once more, the tabloid had no legitimate evidence to support it bogus narrative. Much like its past articles about Lopez, the latest one about her and Rodriguez recently shopping for a diamond doesn’t ring true either.

Gwyneth Paltrow Adopting Baby Girl?

Gwyneth Paltrow Baby

(Getty Images)

Gwyneth Paltrow and her husband Brad Falchuk are adopting a baby, claims one of this week’s tabloids. Gossip Cop looked into the story and it’s untrue. We’re told the report is a “complete fabrication.”

According to Star, the newlyweds “plan to welcome a baby girl in early 2019, via adoption.” A so-called “insider” is quoted as saying, “They’re so in love… and this is a natural step they’re excited to take together.” The outlet then notes how earlier in the year Paltrow and Falchuk, who both each have a son and a daughter from their previous marriages, “played down suggestions of expanding their family.” But the magazine maintains, “Insiders insist marriage has changed their minds.”

googletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display(‘div-gpt-ad-1526939461036-0’); });

An unnamed, untraceable, and possibly made-up “source” alleges, “They ended up agreeing it would be a magic blessing and decided to go full steam ahead.” “A baby will complete their blended family,” adds the unidentified tipster. Nowhere in the tabloid’s story does it mention what went into their decision to chose a girl or how far along in the adoption process they are.

Before Gossip Cop fully debunks the magazine’s tall tale, it’s important to revisit the article’s sentence about how Paltrow and Falchuk “played down suggestions of expanding their family.” When asked by Howard Stern during an interview in May, Paltrow unequivocally said she and Falchuk won’t have children together. The Oscar-winner told Stern, “Neither of us want more kids… We’re on the same team.” Nothing was remotely “played down.”

And nothing has changed since Paltrow and Falchuk wed in September in the Hamptons. They are still both on the “same team” about not having a baby, adopted or otherwise. Gossip Cop checked in with a couple of mutual friends of ours and Paltrow, and none have heard about her adopting a baby girl. Lastly, we approached the actress’s rep, who assures us on the record the claim is a “complete fabrication.”

In case there were any questions about the reliability of Star’s supposed “insiders,” just three weeks before she tied the knot, that same magazine published an article contending Paltrow was dumped by Falchuk, who called off the wedding. Meanwhile, Gossip Cop also busted its sister site RadarOnline in April when it falsely reported Paltrow was pregnant with a visible baby bump. Simply, the actress and her husband are not adding kids to their blended family. It’s time the tabloid adopt better fact-checking skills and Paltrow sources.
