Amanda Bynes Has Been Released From The Psychiatric Facility Where She’s Been Held For Two Weeks — And She’s Roaming Around Hollywood!

We thought her psychiatric hold was going to be extended, or even involuntarily last an entire year…

But after Amanda Bynes was spotted in Hollywood last night, we were so wrong!

The trouble actress was photographed roaming the Sunset Strip Thursday evening, searching for a place to stay.

In the interim, Amanda stopped by a diner where she devoured fried chicken, salmon, caesar salad, guacamole, and a house salad. Miz Bynes even talked with the wait staff and admitted she was shy because of a medical procedure that was just done on her face.

This behavior is SO sad — since it sounds like she’s still struggling with her mental health!

Sources close to Amanda’s case revealed she went before a hearing officer at the psychiatric facility yesterday, and asked to be released.

Since she’s been on a steady regiment of meds and was stable, the decision maker felt like her involuntarily hold needed to be lifted, despite her clear illness.

No word on where Amanda is right now — but we hope she’s okay.
