Madonna’s ex is planning to bring the English pub flavor to the US. Inspired by the success of The Punch Bowl, a pub he co-owns in London, the 41-year-old plans to open a traditional country-style pub in New York and Los Angeles.
Here’s a bit of trivia for all of you: If you’ve seen Sherlock Holmes directed by Guy Ritchie himself, you’ll see a brief shot of The Punch Bowl in the scene where Sherlock reenacts the black magic ceremony. Hey, there’s nothing wrong with getting free publicity in your own movie.
According to People, Guy also wants to launch his own beer brands. He has already registered a number of names, such as Bitta Ritchie and Punch Bowl Ales. I’ll have a round of Bitter Ritchie, please!
