So how did they meet?
At first glance, no one would think that a guy like John Corbett, star of “My Big Fat Greek Wedding” and part of “Sex and the City,” and a ’70s sex symbol like Bo Derek would need a ‘set-up’ to date, but it’s actually the case.
The two were introduced by a Hollywood agent during an Oscars party.
“I said, ‘I’m not dating anyone,’ and he said, ‘I’ll get you a date, Corbett!’ And he set me up with Bo,” Corbett tells.
On the other hand, Derek was a bit cautious: “I kept saying to my friends, ‘I’ll wait until all the sparks and all that get going.’ And it finally happened.”
Thirteen years later, and the sparks are still there!
