Here’s Sandra Bullock, hard at work in Puerto Rico with co-star Zoe Kazan. The two were shooting a scene for their movie ‘Our Brand is Crisis.’ I’m not sure what Sandra had to do for this scene, but her body double was on the set. ‘Our Brand is Crisis’ has an interesting premise. It’s a film about the making of the documentary, which is also titled ‘Our Brand is Crisis.’ The documentary is about the use of political campaign strategies from the US in Mexico.

What in the world happened in the making of this documentary that made a film seen like a good idea? Add in the fact that Sandra has a body double, and something tells me this movie is going to be INTENSE. Billy Bob Thornton is rumored to be staring in the movie as well. We already know ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ cast member Phaedra Parks skipped husband Apollo Nida’s sentencing hearing after he pled guilty to fraud. Apollo himself didn’t hide his bitterness about it, saying in interviews that the marriage was likely over because of it before he reported to prison. We all got to actually SEE Phaedra skip the sentencing, however, in the premiere of ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ last night, however. Although Phaedra said she skipped the sentencing, and took their two young sons to a hotel, to avoid the paparazzi and protect her sons, some of the ‘RHOA’ shots indicated paparazzi weren’t exactly swarming the house and, maybe, it wouldn’t have been so tough for her to attend the hearing. She explained her decision in her Bravo blog.

I’ve been criticized for not being at Apollo’s hearing, but the truth is I had been there for him in so many ways for such a long time. By the time all of this went down, it was apparent the marriage was over and my focus needed to be exclusively on the wellbeing of our children. I don’t think there’s a parent out there who wouldn’t agree.

Well,it’s not exactly surprising that Phaedra felt this way by the time the sentencing occurred. I think what’s shocking to, well, pretty much everyone is how she, an attorney, got involved with Apollo in the first place. He’d just been released from prison when they got together in 2009. She married him and starting having kids with him within a year or two of that? It just seems like a… surprising move. I’ve gotta ask…

Hopefully Snooki and co had a fun weekend in Miami! Here they are heading back to the airport to go home to New Jersey. No one looks all that much the worse for wear. RELATED: Snooki parties hard in Miami.

Bachelorette party or not, I guess it’s different when you have little ones waiting at home for you. No one wants to go pick up their kids all hung over- LOL. Well, it’s no great loss for the former ‘Jersey Shore’ crew. It’s not like they didn’t do MORE than their fair share of partying in their younger days.

I wonder if Snooki’s bachelorette party was filmed for ‘Snooki & JWoww’? And when will JWoww’s bachelorette festivities be? I guess we’ll have to stay tuned to see…

It’s good to see that Tori Spelling is out of the hospital! Here’s the ‘True Tori’ star going to get a couple’s massage with husband Dean McDermott. Things can’t be easy for them right now. Tori’s been in the hospital. ‘True Tori 2′ aren’t all that good. Dean’s been trying to defend himself and finally admitted last week that he isn’t interested in filming the show anymore. He explained to Access Hollywood:

I’m not going to continue with the show. We have five more shows left… I can’t do this anymore. I can’t keep opening a vein, opening my soul and sharing my feelings and thoughts and demons with the world.
“I don’t watch it, I can’t. It’s really difficult… I can’t do it any more, for my soul.”

I don’t blame him for that. Not everything can be for public consumption! He also said they aren’t getting any financial help from Candy Spelling, but she denied that claim via her rep. Her rep told Access Hollywood:

Candy has provided financial help in the past and has offered repeatedly to pay for the children’s private schooling and Tori has never told her where to send the money.”

Something tells me Tori may have to start providing that kind of information to Candy: I can’t imagine Dean’s gig as the host of ‘Chopped: Canada’ is all that lucrative, and it looks like their reality TV careers are winding down. With four young kids, things can’t be easy. At least they can still enjoy treats like couples massages.
