After appealing for sole custody of their 1-year-old son, Future Zahir Wilburn, California courts rejected it and favored a joint custody with her former fiancé instead.
TMZ confirmed this after the R&B singer insisted that “Future was a bad parent who was not present in the child’s life.”
This isn’t the first legal matter that these two have been involved with. Ciara recently sued the rapper for $ 15 million due to defamation, including libel and slander — making the whole thing even uglier.
Well, she’s lucky to have her new fiancé, NFL quarterback Russell Wilson, by her side throughout this ordeal.
