Denise Richards: Charlie Sheen Threatened To Kill Me And Our Daughters, Had Us Evicted

Denise Richards claims Charlie Sheen once threatened to kill her and her daughters. She makes the startling allegation in a new legal filing requesting more than $ 1 million from him for allegedly breaking a financial agreement.

Richards alleges in court papers that Sheen had promised he would give her a home for life if she and their daughters moved next to him in a house he purchased in Mulholland Estates. But she claims Sheen evicted them from the residence last September, and has not provided new gigs. Richards instead says she’s been paying $ 15,000 a month for a rental.

The actress is seeking $ 1.2 million from Sheen in order to purchase a new house. But the documents go beyond asking a judge to force the actor pay off. Richards also outlines some of Sheen’s allegedly outrageous behavior over the last few years.

That includes allegedly calling daughter Lola “a f*cking pig whore,” and further telling her, “I’m going to kill you and I’m going to kill your mom.” Richards also references other text messages and letters in which Sheen supposedly said he hopes she dies and spit other cruel barbs, according to TMZ. His camp, however, claims the legal move is nothing more than a money grab when he has already paid Sheen millions over the years.

Gossip Cop has reached out to both sides for comment. Richards’ decision to seek court intervention comes two months after Sheen revealed he is HIV-positive and has been since 2011. Gossip Cop confirmed that neither Richards or their two children, however, are infected. Sheen also has twin sons with ex-wife Brooke Mueller, who is currently in the midst of a six-month rehab program.

The former “Two and a Half Men” star has notoriously had an up-and-down relationship with both women over the years, and last called them out on Christmas Eve for allegedly not allowing him to spend the holiday with the kids.
