Eddie Vedder sang “Take Me Out To The Ball Game” during Game Five of the World Series at Wrigley Field on Sunday night. Watch the video below!

The “Pearl Jam” frontman performed his version of the classic baseball tune during the seventh inning stretch of the latest matchup between the Chicago Cubs and Cleveland Indians. It’s been a longtime tradition for a special celebrity guest to sing “Take Me Out To The Ball Game” from the announcer’s booth at Wrigley Field. The custom began back when legendary baseball announcer Harry Caray would lead the stadium in a sing-a-long from his booth. As Gossip Cop reported, Bill Murray and Vince Vaughn performed “Take Me Out To The Ball Game” during Game Three and Game Four of the World Series earlier this week.

Vedder, an Illinois native and longtime Cubs fan, has performed the baseball song several times before at the Chicago stadium, most recently in 2015. The rocker is such a big fan of the Cubs, he even celebrated with the team earlier this month after they defeated the Los Angeles Dodgers in the National League Championship Series. Watch Vedder’s World Series rendition of “Take Me Out To The Ball Game” in the video below!
