George Michael has now been charged with possession of pot and driving under the influence.
Last month, the Wham singer was arrested after he careened through the storefront of a one-hour photo shop in London.
Police say Michael is slated to appear at London’s Highbury Corner Magistrates Court on August 24.
Officials questioned him last year after his car hit a tractor-trailer, an incident that followed a two-year ban on driving after Michael pleaded guilty to driving on drugs in 2007.
