The glitz, the glam, the flashing lights- it’s all a bit hypnotic, isn’t it? For anyone who has ever set foot on the Las Vegas Strip or taken strolls down Broadway in either New York City or Nashville, they know that the energy is pumping, the lights are beckoning, and the money is getting spent.

The love for neon lights, gambling and everything associated with these things isn’t limited to the general population-in fact, it’s actually often the celebrities who love it the most. Charlie Sheen

Probably one of the most famous celebrity gamblers, Charlie Sheen has a rich history with the sport. In fact-Sheen loves betting on sports events the best. It’s stated that he used to spend upwards of $ 200,000 a week on these events.

His passion for gambling isn’t limited to things like football and horse racing, as he also has been known to spend large sums of money at casinos. It’s rumored that Sheen has since given up gambling, but the ways of doing it are changing every day. He might find another avenue to pursue.

Ben Affleck

It’s should be made known that Ben Affleck is a very smart man. In order to make your way up in the entertainment world at such a young age as he did, you kinda have to be. In fact, Affleck and Matt Damon wrote the very famous script for the movie Good Will Hunting which earned them Best Original Screenplay in 1997. This was the movie that launched both of their careers.

With this being said, it should be stated that Affleck is an extreme lover of gambling. He’s been caught counting cards, which is a hilarity in itself. Who gets punished for being smart enough to know what cards have been played and figuring out the odds for your own success in the game. It’s rather stupid, but alas.

That’s right. Spider-Man-the man with the plan to save the world from tyranny, loves to gamble. He’s even been said to gamble in illegal rings. Now that’s a new one. For a man who helps the police catch criminal and evil scientists, it seems rather strange that he’s participating in illegal acts on his day off!

Apparently he is a great player, but incredibly rude to the waitresses and he’s a very sore loser. Who knows what bit him in the butt…in any case, gambling sure is fun and when the stakes are high, it makes it even more exciting.
