Hugh Jackman has been offered the lead male role in Snow White and the Huntsman, a source close to the actor confirms to Gossip Cop.
He has not yet signed on to the project, which will be directed by Rupert Sanders and is slated to open production later this year.
Kristen Stewart is expected to star in the title role, with Charlize Theron also attached.
Snow White and the Huntsman is not to be confused with Tarsem Singh’s The Brothers Grimm: Snow White, which has Lily Collins and Armie Hammer, as well as Julia Roberts as the evil queen.
There has not yet been an announcement for a third Snow White movie to further complicate matters. Stay tuned.
