Jeremy Renner is not backing down!
As we reported, The Avengers star made a joke about Jennifer Lopez‘s cleavage when they both presented the award for Best Mini Series, Drama at this past weekend’s Golden Globes.

Many viewers were appalled by the 44-year-old actor’s off-the-cuff remark and felt it was sleazy and misogynistic.
So yesterday, the Oscar-nominated actor finally broke his silence by posting a message on Twitter:

While he’s not directly defending the joke, he isn’t the least apologetic.
