Justin Bieber appears tonight on “The Late Show with David Letterman,” where he helps promote his appearance with a tweet to his 7 million followers.
Letterman seems a bit baffled, but appreciative all the same.
“I’m hanging out with my Dave at @late_show we need to get him twice as many followers!” wrote The Biebs.
