Keeping Up With The Kardashians Nearing Its End??? Low Ratings May Be Sign Series Will Be Over Soon!!

Will Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, and Kourtney Kardashian be looking for a new gig soon?

Although Kim has recently said that her family is signed on to continue Keeping Up With The Kardashians until at least season 10, at least one person is pointing to the show’s ratings as a sign that the show just isn’t as profitable as it used to be!

And once a show stops making money — it usually becomes expendable!

Here’s what showbiz expert blogger Nikki Finke recently wrote:

“The show’s Season 9B premiere was down -29% in P18-49 vs Season 8, and down -17% vs S9A premiere, and down -10% vs S9A finale. Let’s not forget that Seasons S8 and S9A were down from S7, etc. The Kardashians are krashing.”

Still, as Nikki admits, the show is still the highest rated show on E! despite its declining ratings. Nikki Finke wrote:

“So what does this mean for E!? The Kardashians are still its highest rated and highest profile series, even though down from their heyday in 2011. But with the next contract, their show won’t even be profitable given the price per episode.”

One person who we’re sure won’t be upset if the show does end is Rob Kardashian who apparently believes that the show has ruined his family.

Still, we’re not counting the show out yet! There’s always hope when you’ve got Kris Jenner fighting for ya!
