Meghan Markle did NOT sport a “H” ring to reinforce her relationship with Prince Harry, despite a new report. Gossip Cop can bust this claim. We’re told it’s “not true.”

“Meghan Markle Sports ‘H’ Ring in Subtle Nod to Boyfriend Prince Harry,” reads a headline from Entertainment Tonight, which goes on to claim the “Suits” actress purposely wore a ring with a “H” on it to allude to her highly publicized relationship with the royal. Alongside a photograph of Markle carrying a bouquet of flowers near Kensington Palace with the gold ring on her finger, the outlet contends, “We can’t blame Meghan Markle for wanting to keep boyfriend Prince Harry on her mind at all times.”

Despite ET’s fabricated and sensationalized report, a source close to the situation assures Gossip Cop the story is “not true.” Markle did not purposely sport a “H” ring to reinforce her relationship with Prince Harry to the public, and any claims made otherwise are simply false. What’s more, it is extremely difficult to identify the precise pattern on the stars’ piece of jewelry, and it could not necessarily be a “H” at all. Unsurprisingly, this new story regarding Markle is just the latest in a string of ridiculous and untrue reports about the star.
