Michael Lohan SUED For Using Lindsay Lohan’s Good Name & Impeccable Reputation To Rip Off Investors!!

We usually love a man in a good suit, but we definitely aren’t fans of dudes in disastrous lawsuits

Michael Lohan — whose baby momma is currently en route to the Big House — has just been sued by a 20-year-old guy named Jason Squatriglia who claims the Lohan patriarch tricked him into sinking $ 50,000 of his hard-earned cash into two phony investments!

The plaintiff claims Mike scammed him into dropping dough on a reality TV show called Racing with the Stars and an idea for a cleaning product so he’s seeking a half-million dollars in damages.

It gets worse, though!!! Michael allegedly dragged Lindsay Lohan into the whole mess, too!

Jason says daddy dearest implied that the starlet would be a part of their wacky business ventures. That never happened, obvs.

Yikes! Conning someone out of their money is bad enough, but sucking your daughter into the whole hot mess, to? That’s awful!

Michael, for his part, swears he never introduced Lindz to Jason. Furthermore, he says he doesn’t owe the dude a single dime.

Only time will tell!
