President Obama celebrated his 49th birthday on Wednesday with Oprah Winfrey and others at Graham Elliot, a restaurant in Chicago.
Returning to his Illinois home turf, the president dined with companions Winfrey, Gayle King, as well as advisers and close friends.
The First Lady, Michelle Obama, is currently out of the country.
To be there for his special patrons, Graham Elliot, the man behind the restaurant that bears his name, raced back from Los Angeles, where he’d been doing publicity for “Master Chef,” on which he’s a judge.
