“I’m stressed out with the wedding and I keep smoking to calm my nerves,” Perez Hilton quotes Katy Perry as saying.
Perez, who is so afraid of Gossip Cop that he’s blocked us on Twitter, says Perry is going to be “taking pretty intense measures” to quit smoking.
According to Perez, the “I Kissed a Girl” singer said, “I’m thinking I am going to have hypnotherapy to help me get over it.”
The blogger adds that he’s “so proud that she’s ready to do whatever she can to keep herself healthy,” and calls her decision to use hypnotherapy a “responsible thing to do.”
“Responsible thing to do” and Perez Hilton are generally two phrases one never uses in the same sentence. And Perez keeps that streak going in this item, which he picked up from another outlet.
This story is wrong.
Even Perry herself says so.
The singer tweeted, “Weird story bout hypnotherapy, smoking & wedding. It’s all made up!”
Now “made up” and Perez Hilton – those are two phrases sadly one uses a lot in the same sentence.
